I have had to have a lot of bloodwork done in my life and today I was seen by Evelyn. This company is very lucky to have her. Her professionalism, bedside manner and accuracy is top notch. She must have asked me 4-5 times to make sure my information was correct, she was happy about her job! This woman def deserves recognition.

Scheduling, location, and staff are fine. I was a bit disappointed by the condition of the bathroom - floors dirty, splatter on the wall under the hand dryer, loose toilet set lid, etc.

I HATE that you put a wall up and computers to check in. That makes it very impersonal. I don't like it at all. The tech was just so, so. It's like an assembly line. Sure, they get you in and out fast.... but it's another show of healthCARE not caring...about us.
