Opened a new account today and went to the branch, the teller who helped with a cashiers check was amazing I wish I would have got her name!

I love this PNC. I’ve never had to wait in line or anything. I’m always greeted friendly and treated great!!! In and out and very friendly!
Edit**** got a different teller today and he was very rude and irritating. Not friendly at all, rushed and rude. There was line and one lady just sat at her computer and didn’t at least acknowledge the line. Either way the one lady teller is wonderful, the guy not so much. ?

I have had my account with PNC for 6 years and I do not have to come into the bank very often but the few times that I’ve come into the Orange City branch in the 6 years hasn’t been the greatest experience, HOWEVER, for the last couple months, I have had to come into the bank once a month to deposit a check and Catie has been my teller. She is absolutely AMAZING!!! I cannot say enough good things about her…she is caring and compassionate to her customers while very quick and VERY VERY GOOD at her job!!! She could tell I was uncomfortable in a bank and took my card and took care of EVERYTHING for me!!! Well except my signature, of course. She is the BEST teller I have EVER had at ANY bank. Thank you Catie, you are AMAZING!! I wish there was more tellers like YOU!!

Your advisor on opening s IRA is rude. His pathetic advise was horrible my 4 year old granddaughter has better advice. And to top it off pushing for us to use a credit card thru pnc was a slap in the face. He wanted a IRA

Absolutely HORRIBLE service !! I spoke to a gentleman from this branch on the phone about the process to cash a check if I am not an account holder and he explained 2 forms of ID. I asked if any fees at all and he said no but he could only pay in $20s which I said was ok. After making the 45 minute drive to the branch I then find out they are going to change me $260 to cash my check. This is another reason I don’t use this bank. HORRIBLE service and I will make sure I never use this bank for business or personal

I've have 2 charges on my account. I'm unable to dispute them because there are still pending. Also, I couldn't speak with customer service during the weekend because it was too late. I liked PNC but I'm thinking of going somewhere else.

Tried to open an account but couldn’t because I was too early for an appointment. When most other banks are allowing people to enter their lobby without a scheduled appointment, PNC chooses to turn business away. I don’t see this bank lasting very long. Poor business practices, I just went to Wells Fargo and they didn’t turn me away!

My wife and I had to deal with some frustrating mortgage concerns the day after my mother-in-law's passing, so feelings were "raw." Keith was both kind and compassionate. He's stayed in touch throughout the week and gave me confidence that it would work out correctly. Thank you, Keith!
