Selection is not that great, expensive & if you would like all of your items in a plastic bag, it's an additional 10cent charge! That's ridiculous!! I will not support a company like this and will not be back. Your company lost me as a customer in their grooming department as well.

i love the fishes but not the fishes in the containers. i need to save them. I NEED TO SAVE THE FISH DO THEY FEED THE FISH I DINT KNOW BUY THE CONTAINED CONTAINER FISHES!!!! ye

The stock in this store is great. You're bound to find what you're looking for. The employees are a great help. I bought a beautiful Betta (those poor fish that pray to find a good home). The employees knew exactly what they needed. Room to swim and they have great Imagitariums that have a little filter, light and lid. They need a heater that stays at 78°, sure enough, they had that along with a variety of food and toys to make the Betta's happy! Just clean them no less than 1 time a week, but I change out about 50% of the water no less than 2 times after adding the water conditioner. They stand by their products and I never got an 'I don't know" from an employee! This is a great one-stop pet store. I saw they had a grooming facility, a veterinarian and a training center!!!! They also carry prescription food and various treatments for fleas as well as other conditions. The prices are really reasonable, especially on specials! I also bought a 10 gallon, fully equipped, aquarium for $39!!!!! Stop by and check them out!

I am completely deaf. My husband who has all his hearing and I decided to get information on getting our dog nails cut.
We walked in and was instantly greeted by some woman. My husband asked and she pointed at the info sheet in front of us.
She wasn't talking I looked as that is the only way I can see. I started talking with my husband and she started talking over me and would not stop. I walked away.
I came back 5 mins later and I asked to see her employee tag. She didn't cover her chest where a tag would be.. She got up fast screaming for her manager.
She came and asked me what the problem was.
I told her I am completely deaf and can't hear a word, but I knew what she wanted. So I told her I'm writing an email to complain about her and how she treated me and how she would only talk with my husband In the beginning.
Very rude , disrespectful. She kept talking like the girl before her. I can't hear so she just looks away and just showing her batting her eyes at my husband.
This employee need some serious sensitivity training and or get out of customers service if you are gonna try and hook up with people who are looking to take care of their dog.
I will never step foot in this store and will start shopping at petsmart.
I have never been so disrespectful then the way they bith treated me. Good riddance

This is our go to Petco. All of the staff is super friendly! We took puppy classes with Chris and he is patient and knowledgeable, he always greets us and chats when we are in the store.

I am extremely disappointed in the employee that just traumatized my dog while attempting to cut her nails. I literally had to halt the service before one paw was even done. I have taken my dog here several times without any incidents and watched through the window while the service was performed. When I was speaking with the manager, the employee tried to say my dog was always taken in the back because of her behavior and she was going to put a note that my dog cannot come back. I just watched her struggle with and yell at the dog she was working on before it was my dog's turn and she told me not to go far because she had an appointment coming. It was clearly HER IMPATIENT behavior that triggered my dog to freak out. I will never patronize Petco again, and you can be sure I will share this experience with family and friends.

My Oreo is not always great with people but at Petco they always make him feel comfortable and he always gets an amazing respite card every time. Thank you to the grooming staff at Petco. My Oreo Cookie loves you!
