Mary was wonderful- We had several issyes in a riw and she patiently resolved each one to get us on the road, reassuring us each step of the way and explaining resolutions begore working it out. Definitely rent here!

Personal Mini Storage is a great facility.
I have multiple storage units around Central Florida and the Orange City Personal Mini Storage is my favorite property. The facility is clean andwell kept. Mary is always friendly and all around. They are good folks!

I have had my storage there since 2018. I will be honest there are times I have fallen short or forgotten to pay. The team there ESPECIALLY MS.MARY have always worked with me. She is a sweetheart and never made me feel bad about my hardships. She is always super sweet and pleasant and you can tell that is her genuine heart. I would recommend them for storage any day! Thank you Ms.Mary for being such a lovely human being to me. You don’t know how many days I needed that. GO PERSONAL MINI STORAGE!!!

And yet you are engaging in theft from a grieving dying mother. All proof has been saved and she’s been advised to file charges. Unless you contact her and resolve the matter.
On top of your company’s theft all of this poor woman’s property was destroyed by water leaking from the roof. Again shame on you!

Mary Elizabeth Spoto of 245 Miller road orange city Fl works for this dump! She allowed payment for someone else’s unit with my debit card. I filed a claim with the bank and after it was resolved and I cancelled the claim SPOTO forced me under duress and threats to bring the claim amount in cash despite knowing the bank would give the money. I brought cash and this weeble charges me more than the claim. All paid in cash her manager Lisa in deland said in a voice mail they had all the money but refused to get it back to me. They robbed me of 956.
Correction the unit was not MY unit at the time I disputed the charges.
Marc, how do you intend to get me my 956.05 back

From March 22-March 18,24 this was not my unit I have the police contacting me tomorrow.
