I have used this facility when I went to Afghanistan. They were amazing in taking care of my property. Susan always answered my questions about my property.Susan is a professional and caring person. I recently changed jobs and had to move 400 miles away. I need a place to store my things until I could make the transition. Susan was the first person I called. Unfortunately, there were no units available for me in the time frame I needed. She went out of her way to tell me what to look for in a storage facility.I can't thank Susan enough for helping me when I was in a pinch.If you are just looking for a place to store you things, there are many places. But, if you want to store your things, at reasonable prices, and with someone who cares about your property, I HIGHLY recommend this place.

Owners are absolutely great and the storage units are clean, block walls and someone on premises 24/7

Storage is expensive. Don't be mad. If you don't pay they take your stuff. Don't be mad. The lady who answers your phone calls here? She is an amazing human being with a wealth of knowledge and life experience I am glad to have gotten to know her. Is this a review for the storage place or the lady who answers the phone... I dunno, does it matter? :)

Their website boasts about a 6 month special and when you call they say it's not happening. UPDATE YOUR DAMN WEBSITE THEN!

The lady (term used mildly) on the phone extremely rude and i asked a simple question and basically said go look on the internet, some of the worst customer service ever, she should learn etiquette and soft skills in talking with people. I will never ever come to this place as a result
