Extremely nice people, very sweet lady and their Jeweler helped validate a larger gold item today as a walk in at no charge , we had traveled from the other coast and needed help, after going outside to discuss the item it completely slipped my mind to go back inside, I feel bad and here I am lol.The place was very nice, clean and just as beautiful, very professional. Thank you sweet lady

We have been going to Vince’s for forever, and we love and adore his staff. But Leah is just such a gem to me and my daughter, they all go above and beyond and work together harmoniously, but I have just taken a liking to Leah she is always so chipper cheerful and eager to please and takes great care of us. And Vince does incredible work excellent craftsmanship in his custom work and he too goes above and beyond to satisfy his customers. You will find amazing treasures here, every time we come we find an amazing treasure we must have. We love this place and the people here are all just so wonderful kind and help you. I strongly recommend checking out Orange City Jewelers, Vince had fixed many of my broken necklaces bracelets and sized down rings for me and my daughter, sized up a ring for my husband and made many custom pieces for us all. Thank you so so much! ❤️

They replaced a clasp on my chain, witch broke. They wanted an exorbitant price to replace the clasp and was very nasty about. Will never go back.

The center stone fell out of my diamond ring. I went to a jeweler in Altamonte for an estimate and I was told it was damaged very badly and would need a lot of work. $3-400 and a minimum of 1 month.I took it to OC Jewelery and they examined the stone and setting and said they would fix it for $35!! 3 days. It was completed the next day and is perfect again. I'm so happy with the workmanship and honesty of the staff of Orange City Jewelery. From now on I will do all my business with them.

They were recommended by a friend, who is now very apologetic. The solder they did to repair my diamond and box chain necklace didn't last more than 2 months. It broke at home, in exactly the same place, so I luckily didn't lose the necklace. I understand that the original soldering on my box chain was 45 years old, & likely degraded - hence the initial break. But the solder they did for the repair was NEW, & didn't last 2 months. Now there are 2 links missing, again, in the exact same place (easy to count each box so easy to see where they are missing). Of course we all make mistakes, but they were not happy I asked for a refund, saying they'd redo it. I pointed out that I didn't really have confidence in their work. And no, I don't feel like driving the distance to prove it's in the same place when I won't allow them to "repair" it again for free. If a refund, or even a little less, is possible, I'll drive down. They were very nice before the "repair", but after it's a problem, not so much. Oh well, the money I lost on the poor repair is nothing to compare to the value and sentiment of the necklace itself.I don't leave negative reviews, as we all make mistakes, but in this case I wanted to warn others, & am a bit angry at the cavalier way my problem was handled. I don't think they care.

Took a watch to Orange City Jewelers for a battery replacement. The watch was returned to me with scratches and a small gouge on the back. when I brought the damage to their attention, their only response was "that happens." If I didn't care about the watch being damaged, I could have hacked away at it myself with a steak knife. My fault for thinking they were a professional jeweler. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Very pleased with work. Wedding set was no longer straight after 20+ years. Resized, replaced prongs and straightened back out. When I got it back looked like a brand new ring

I went in after using them for years to repair a ring with IMMENSE value to me. Both money wise and sentimental. My moms original wedding ring is over 60 years old. I wanted it fixed. Not only did they say it wasn't possible( a huge lie), they told me that I'm better off dropping 2k on new bands and keeping my diamond center. Insensitive woman behind the desk just wanted a commission check. If your jewelry matters to you don't bother with these cold people please. After years of giving them service unknown to them cause my mom would take my jewelry for repair, they will NEVER get my business again. Go to Kay right next to petco. They will fix my 10 thousand dollar ring with years of value for 450 dollars. Keeping it in its original state and they are amazing and actually care

Took my wedding bands to have a metal clasp put on this morning. Had my bands for 15-20 mins.Brought out a plastic clasp around them and claimed that my engagement ring was bent and that they didn't do it! My rings WERE NOT in this manner when I brought it in! Shelly started raising her voice at me and kicked me out of the store when I told her that they have been sitting in a metal container for 6 months due tobme losing weight and they were just inspected last week at Zales claiming her girls didn't do this and I hit my hand on the door coming in or did it elsewhere! She claimed she has cameras and I told her well since you have cameras you'll see I didn't hit my hand on the door. Claimed the pictures I showed her this morning with the ring on my finger where it's not bent this morning aren't good enough and the picture won't show if it's bent or not.Needless to say, they have destroyed my rings and are refusing to take responsibility for it. Then they kicked me out of the store!
