How much could they be profiting from providing shipping? Must be more than selling products. Tried to get help with a custom printing order. Heard the girl behind the counter ask if someone needed help I walked up and she said she was working on a job. Got in line for the other guy and after he helped another customer he walked past me to help someone that just walked up that was shipping a box. I guess custom printing isn’t their favorite thing to do.

Office Depot Lack of service: I usually go to the store on Saxon Blvd. Deltona, Fl.
I travelled for over 15 years, worked in three countries, forty states, and the islands. I’ve used their shipping services many times and copy services for my job.
I guess they are on the way out these days. Things aren’t the same anymore. Service is a thing of the past. I couldn’t get my package shipped (even though I shipped cell phones several times before).
So, I’ve made my last trip to theses stores today. Thank god there is Amazon!

The staff is horrible the manger is very rude and they are not helpful at all . No one know anything in the store . I needed help with printing something off of my phone but no one seems to know the manger the bald guy kept insisting go online but yet Office Depot is 3rd party or link with this company for service so they should know how to use system

Family member had a terrible customer service experience attempting to print from a file on their phone. Self service options were confusing (language barrier, admittedly) and employees kept pushing towards self service or calling a support line. As an older person, this frustrated my family member as they would've just hoped one of the people paid to be Office Depot employees right there in the flesh would've helped. Even if Office Depot would charge a fee to have an employee assist with printing, not one employee suggested that. Family member would've been happy to pay for help. It occurs to us that it could be Office Depot corporate policy to not help people print from their devices. if that's the case, that absolutely bonkers. She will not be returning.
