Easy breezy. I was in and out. Diana was super friendly and I was very surprised at how reasonable the cost is as I am self-pay with no insurance. Totally recommend over those high paying labs that are super crowded.

I will never return. First off, they wouldn't accept an emailed or faxed order from my doctor so I had to drive back home, print the order and bring it back. Then they say, "we only accept cash". That is so sketchy! So I drove two blocks to Labcorp, paid $45 LESS and was seen right away.

After reading all the bad reviews of the Orange City Lab I must say I had an excellent experience at the Lab today. The technician was polite, friendly, and efficient. The place was not dirty but very clean.

First they were dirty, then they got that cleaned up but now you get there at 7 am and she arrives at 10 am. She is never on time. I have been there for my last time .

I walked in and they immediately greeted me, jasmine immediately took care of me, she stuck me once and was quick to draw blood, the service I got was excellent. They were friendly and smiled and laughed. I'm not sure why people have such a low rating of this place, but my experience is very positive this time and the last time I came

The sign on the door says open at 7am, the web site says 6.30am. It's now 7:37 am and no one is here yet. I was here at 6:25 am. How long should I wait?

As a medical office manager we have referred many patients here but after my experience as a patient, no more. Very rude, not opened when they say, leaves facility unlocked and when you walk in, no one's there. When you call out of concern because you might think something is wrong, you are scolded by a snot nose who tells you NEVER to do that because you are a liability! I bet the owner, Dr Verma won't agree.

the process was quick, but I was told my doctor would receive my results within 3 days. However, I received a phone call from my doctors office 4 WEEKS later saying they never got them. Honestly, I was okay with the office being small and kind of dirty, but they don't even do what they say they're going to do and that's just bad service.

I got tested for COVID here on Monday before thanksgiving. I was told I would receive my results that Friday via email, never received. I called them that following Monday & spoke to someone who said they’d email me results right away, never received them. I’ve called twice after that, left messages & have not heard anything back from them. Very unprofessional, do not recommend coming here at all!!!!!!

This company is terrible. First off the office in lake Mary is closed. So I had to go to the office in Orange city. They were suppose to draw blood for my overa but come to find out they used an EXPIRED kit on me. So not only did they charge me while an expired kit but they also wasted my time and gas and also could have exposed me to Covid 19 keep in mind I’m pregnant I have no business being out there. The office looks unorganized. And when they pulled me into the room they had like 20 other tubes of blood sitting on the counter from the people that went before me. And they were all just bunched up. Just gross. I have to get my blood drawn out again because of them. And I would go back and ask for my refund but that place just looks like you can catch Aids or hepatitis without even trying. So I’m just going to take my loss. I hope to never have to go back to any of these locations and to whoever has to go please be aware. Their supervisor or so called boss shows up in Nike slides reeking in cigarettes, how professional can they be.

Horrible service. The girl in the office didn’t get all of my bloodwork so I had to go back. Going back isn’t the issue the issue is my veins are small and roll so she said she didn’t feel comfortable doing it yet she is running the office. I tried calling the supervisor and she hung up on me. I called her again and was given an excuse and once agin hing up on. I’m not sure if their are new owners but for some reason the girl in the office said she was told to not answer the phone which I found strange.
