if there was a ZERO STAR REVIEW I COULD USE IT!!...the worst store ever as far as service and communications with customers!!!!!..please be aware before you purchase there. I bought a Gazebo and once we are putting it together we find out that some pieces were missing so drove to the store and informed them so they said will send email to the vendor and then Monday supposedly someone should call me back so NO CALL, I drove and the MGR is off and was flipped to another Mgr to talk too , then promised someone will call me again and again NO ONE CALL look like I need to chase them to take care of the issue!! ....seems like no one knows what they are doing totally ZERO COMMUNICATION between each other or there clients , WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!..Hopefully I will hear back soon about the missing pieces before I get my outdoor furniture delivered!

The girl in the flooring department needs a new job, at the very least, a lot of training. This was the absolute worst experience I have had here. I'll go to a different location from now on.

New cashierless terminals stink, even though we've been loyal customers over 40 years I'm thinking Home Depot has more personality, no more Veterans discount, product line is all made in China, might as well go to harbor freight.

I have boycotted Deland Lowes for it's horrible customer service and disarray the orange city location is five stars from there great service to the store being stocked and clean.

Who the hell has a dog training class in the middle of the store while people are trying to shop. Leave them at home. I have 3 dogs and a cat. I love my animals. Not your. I'm totally down with a TRAINED AND CERTIFIED service pet. Not "emo support pets". Leave them at home.

Employees need lessons on customer service. Everyone had frowns and were unfriendly. Didn't want to help or even ask if we needed help.Asked two employees
for help and got attitude and they mumbled something and walked off like we were bothering them. I worked for Lowes in Lake county and the service we got at this Lowe's was totally unacceptable never did we treat employees with anything less than them being first priority. Left went to Home Depot where we got excellent customer service and was greeted by every employee we passed.

Dear Lowes Customer Service,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the return process at your store. Recently, I attempted to return a defective product, and I encountered numerous challenges that left me frustrated and dissatisfied.
Firstly, the lack of clarity regarding the return policy was concerning.
Secondly, upon reaching the returns counter, I was met with long wait times and understaffed assistance. This resulted in a significant waste of my time, as I had to wait excessively just to initiate the return process.
Furthermore, the attitude and professionalism of the staff and Steve the manager handling returns were subpar. I felt as though my concerns were not taken seriously, and I was met with indifference rather than empathy for my situation.
Lastly, the overall efficiency of the return process was severely lacking. Despite providing all necessary documentation and following the outlined procedure, I encountered unnecessary delays and complications, prolonging the ordeal and adding to my frustration.
As a loyal customer, I expect a seamless and hassle-free return experience when dealing with your company. Unfortunately, my recent encounter has left me disappointed and reluctant to continue shopping at Lowes in the future.

Worst customer care ever seen. The employee talking like doing a favor after delaying the product by more than 6to 7 weeks. They do not even care about caring about tracking order etc.

Absolutely the worst experience ever. I picked out a washer and dryer. They took two weeks for delivery. Then they brought the wrong dryer. They sell third party. Now they have to pick up wrong dryer then refund me. Then I have to buy the dryer again. Then two more weeks to order it and who knows how long for delivery. By now I should get it for free with all the run around. This is due to employee fault and none of my own. They couldn't tell it wasn't a matching set. Full size washer and delivered a stackable apartment dryer. Seriously they couldn't tell.
