I needed new dryer since stop working. We went to look around upon going in we found perfect dryer great price it was a scratch & dent item but it was still perfect condition for me. Works well great brand whirlpool & the associate Lynn Vieira was sweet, straight forward , and no sales pitch just facts with knowledge !! Thanks again John appliance team for when I need an appliance immediately, usually the items in stock which is a bonus for me plus I got to save some money !

Didn't realize they had bedding when we went looking for a refrigerator.
Mom with us needed a bed so we looked there first.
Joseph was the typical salesman. Didn't listen, everyone in his family had the exact matress we were looking at.
Kept upselling. Didn't care what my mom wanted.
Never looked at the fridge we came to look at.
This was the equivalence of buying a used car.
If this isn't normal. Then Joseph needs retraining.
Never again!!!

Went to John’s Appliance today just to browse washer dryers since we were in the market for new ones and Lynn was so helpful we ended up purchasing a great washer dryer stack. She answered all our questions and it was done so quickly! Delivery scheduled for this week and they even take our old washer dryer! We know where we are going the next time we need an appliance <3

WONDERFUL Appliance shop! Highly recommend buying from this place. I had immediate service from sales associate Joseph the minute I walked in. I told him what I wanted and he measured every refrigerator while I was there and NEVER pushed and brand, just showed me the perks on each model. I even got same day delivery! Delivery team was outstanding and knowledgeable. Don’t go to any other appliance store!!

Joseph Cordero provided excellent service. I happened to text their number well after closing and he actually responded super quickly. He answered all my questions and reached out first thing the next morning (on his day off) to help me finalize everything to purchase a Speed Queen washer. His customer service and patience to answer all my questions is something I’ve never experienced. I highly recommend using him to help you with any purchasing needs!

As the house nears 20 years old, the appliances are ready for replacement, and Lynn at John's has helped us every step of the way. The delivery crews have been very professional and actually provided helpful suggestions for start up of the appliances. This is not a "sell it and done" business - they want you to come back and they treat you like it.
