The front desk staff was friendly and efficient. The rooms were clean and neat. The only issues are no vending machines. All snacks must be purchased at the front desk. The only issue we had was our AC/Heater wasn't working. They are controlled by wall mounted thermostats, but ours wasn't working. We advised the front desk and they said they'd have someone look at it ASAP.

Connie was amazing she welcomed me and my co driver with warm smiles, helped us parked our trucks and has an amazing ora around her. She is the sweetest most kindest person ever!!!! If I ever need a room coming into Florida this will be the place. By the way the rooms were nice and she gave us an option on floor stay. Connie girl you are the bomb. Made me feel like I was back at home in Texas!!!!

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly! The room was immaculate and so comfy and cozy! Very spacious the king size suite! The bathrooms have dove soap in actual dispensers which is a nice touch! The whole hotel was clean and felt cleanly. The pool and breakfast were a bonus and was right off the highway! Perfect if your trying to stay central for going to Daytona and orlando! Me and me husband will definitely be staying again when we come back!Rooms: Again comfortable, clean, cozy and spacious large tv, king size pillowsSafety: I’m a back private corner so not a bunch of cars flying aroundFood & drinks: They are right off a main strip

Booked room 410 for stay on 8/15/2023. Clean room but thermostat was set at 60 degrees upon entry at roughly 10:00 pm. It was 60 degrees in there. Turned temp up to 74 degrees, finally got to 67 degrees by 7:00 am 8/16/2023. AC units was dripping all night, kept us tortured. Floor was wet from condensation. No hot water in bathroom even after running full hot for over 30 min. Wonderful cold showers - NOT!!. Tub was very slippery and wife fell while taking her shower. Lawsuit potential? Bed was hard as a rock, but who could sleep with the cold and dripping. Told front desk about all of this, only response was “Oh” with slightly surprised look on her face. Not ever coming back to a Holiday Inn a press.

Poor customer service. A/C went out. Tried to call front desk, phone dead too. Stepped outside and asked housekeeping and she talked to some guy on a radio. No one ever came. I have stayed here four weekends in a row and no problem. Whoever is working this weekend needs to be

My wife and I had a very nice stay this weekend. We were attending Welcome to Rockville.Have to give a shout out to all of the staff, they were incredibly welcome and hospitable the entire weekend. And special thanks to Pete for being very friendly at our checkout.I very much appreciate the hospitality and kindness by the staff. Definitely recommend if you are in the area, we will be back!

For anyone who is looking for a clean and well-organized hotel, this one is it!! In a good area I will recommend calling and booking a room here ahead of time just in case it's overbooked anyway this is a little procedure but worth it for the cleanliness and safety

We had our whole family in for a weekend wedding and had an outstanding time here at the Saxon location. Sara at the front desk was so patient and professional with all 10 of us coming in and out, the whole team was amazing. We will be recommending this hotel to anyone in the area due solely to the incredible staff at this location!! Kudos to them all thank you guys again for an amazing weekend!!

If you stay longer than 1 night - you have to ask for housekeeping. The Continental breakfast was not bad and the staff serving breakfast were very friendly. We meet the manager one morning while drinking coffee and he was nice. Front desk were help when we requested two rooms near each other. However - the walls are thin. Twice we had to swipe out our room key. Our door did not shut easily and took slamming to close.
