Great customer service provided to me. I had an appointment with a stylist who was absent and unable to do my hair. I received a call from the salon and they were able to place me with Alyssa, who was extremely nice and very talented. I will definitely going to see her again.

I set an appointment with a person named Jennifer at 1045. When I arrived I called to let them know that I was there. I was told that my appointment was canceled by someone who called and Jennifer had called in.the lady who answered the phone told me she canceled my appointment and wanted me to go back home and come back. I told her no it was poor customer service and they should squeeze me in and I was told that they couldn't do that so I told her I'd find somewhere else to go

3rd time this year. Never wait, although we use the complimentary early check-in service on their website/app.
I always get the signature cut, and I am pleased, I had originally gone with several self-harm harm issues and it would take several haircuts to bring it back to what I wanted; it has. No worries about that on my end, I knew it would and I have had a different stylist at each appointment and each one has listened to where I was and what I wanted going forward, with No judgment on my lack of knowledge, common sense with the health of my hair,

Radmila is wonderful! I'm very sensitive to any kind of pain or stimulation, and used to avoid getting my hair done because experiences at other salons had left me exhausted and in pain just from the regular process of a cut and color. Radmila has been very accommodating from the start, using gentler formulas for bleaching, and using a gentle touch for applying color, washing, and every other step. She frequently checks to make sure I'm comfortable. Not to mention that she makes my hair look and feel fabulous! :) She worked with me over several appointments to reach the color I was looking for, and tweaked the process a bit each time to make it better. Even after I moved out of town, I still drive 45 minutes in to see her, because she is the reason I can finally look forward to going to the salon :)

Great place!! This is the first hair cuttery I've been to where everyone, for the most part, is outgoing and friendly. The rest are just quiet & a bit introverted. They truly listen to what you want. Ample amount of products to purchase (a bit pricey). Great location and so close to shopping. Maria has been my stylist for a couple of yrs now and has never failed me to do a superb job (highly recommended)!

I had the worst experience of my life. During my hair color appointment, I got a splash of hair dye all over me, including inside my eye. So, when I tried to run to the bathroom to clean up, I dropped my phone on the phone and broke the screen. Besides she never put a towel around my neck, getting hair dye and water all over my clothes, and neck. Very disappointed with my service. Never come back to this place again. I went to the hospital after that and I got damage in the sclera of my eye.
