Management is unhelpful and shady. There towing policy is listed right when you turn in (a place difficult to notice) there is no tow warning where the ACTUAL parking area is. I’m a healthcare worker visiting a patient and they towed me within 20 minutes.

Manager lady is a really rude person. She needs etiquette on how to speak to people. I was cleaning a unit and she called to tell me to move my car because I was not a resident. My car is marked with my business all over it. She could of been nicer about it

The worst experience ever! They don’t even deserve one star! The lady in the front office named “RIA” was very rude and unprofessional. I was looking for a one or two bedroom in the area and she refused to give me pricing on the two bedroom. Then had the nerve to say “I’m too busy” to basically give me more information. I questioned the fact that she was rushing an interested party off the phone and implied she was the owner and hung up on me. The lack of customer service and professionalism is beyond me. How is a person like that working in the office of a job that has so much to do with great customer service skills. I would not even waste my time looking into this property. And if I could choose 0 stars I would!

If I could give less than one star I would. I have never in my life been treated with such disrespect and disregard when I am trying to potentially give you my business and money. The person that answered the phone says they are the owner and they don't have time to give me any information about how much their rents are and availability. If that is the owner they should be ashamed of the unprofessionalism and lack of customer service that they are giving. How can you expect your employees to give good customer service when you as the owner are garbage!

Amanda Gainey called the office stating she was from Whispering Oaks Office which is the Complex next to Fountainview. She wanted to know how much and how big our rentals are. We told her that we were busy and would call her back. She called again and we told her that we will call her. She was not renting anything from us. She was trying to find out Fountainviews' information for Whispering Oaks benefit. Then she sent Emily Delvalle to call poising as a renter. She wanted to know pricing of apartments we didn't even have available.She probably gave me a bad review because they just purchased Whispering Oaks and want to make me look bad. The people that live here and come to the office have another opinion of the Owner and that is what really matters. Good Day
