Ive used another roofer on my moms house. And they totally screwed up and didnt care. The worst part was the people that are supposed to be there to protect you (orlando building dept.)do nothing. They allow roofers to write an affidavit saying yep we did it right and do not check the work. So keep that in mind when hiring a roofer.
As far as Senez, being a little overly cautious from my previous experience. I had my own inspector come and monitor the installation. Crew was very professional, friendly, quick, clean. Price was about 20% less than 3 other estimates I received knowledgable andgenuinly care about the work they do. No high pressure sales. Just an all around good experience and would recommend highly for anyones roofing needs

Mr. Ed came out himself to Ch my gutters volunteered to send someone to redo one gutter put up wrong in few weeks. Believe he is a man of his Wird. Senez did great roof job . Really cares. ❤️❤️

We had Senez put gutters on are back porch fantastic job and replace are screen door on are patio fast and attention to details outstanding. I will always have Senez for are new roof and gutters.

This company just completed my roof and I could not be more pleased with the result. They even allowed me to pay the balance after my insurance company paid me. They sent a large crew and would have been done in a day except had to wait on the inspector. Great job!

My wife and I had some roofing issues, especially with our screened in flat roof. We spoke to six different roofing company’s about the situation. In the end we replaced the entire roof (19 years old) and picked EdSenez Roofing, especially since they had an A+ rating at the BBB, and Shawn was completely transparent about the estimate. The roofing crew was excellent in every way. I hope my review encourages others to use this company, and believe they will be glad they did.

Absolutely fabulous job. They replaced the roof in the timeframe that they gave us. The crew showed up early and went right to work. Excellent job, excellent clean up. I'd highly recommend them to anyone that I know.

In November 2020, our family had a new roof put on by Senez Roofing, and we are very happy with the whole experience.Summer hurricanes in Louisiana had disrupted the supply chain for the specific shingles that we chose. The team reached out to us and explained we could pick another style, or wait and they would prioritize us. Fortunately, we were in a position where we could put off the roof for a few weeks. The style we chose was back in stock quicker than expected and not too long after, we had a brand new roof on our house.We're actually looking forward to the June downpours this year because we can enjoy being inside without scrambling for buckets to catch water!A huge thank you to Glenn and everyone else at Ed Senez Roofing for providing us with a quality experience!

After a freak little hail storm, my roof was damaged and the pool screens were punctured. We wanted other work done above what the insurance company would cover. Senez and his crew did an amazing job. I work in insurance and they were fair and got the job done. The house hasn't looked this good in years. They work fast and efficiently, I won't use anyone else.

If I could leave less than one star, I would. Sleazy aggressive and forceful sales person making false promises. Office manager very rude and disrespectful, signed my own initials on paperwork I didn't authorize a change for, installed wrong drip edge color, left cable hanging off my roof and grandson got hurt. They don't answer their phones, lie about not getting voicemails or messages, and are refusing to fix anything. Sales person demanded full payment half way through and unfortunately I felt cornered and gave him full payment. If I hadn't, I'm sure they would be fixing their mistakes and at least speaking to me with respect and professionalism. Extremely disappointed, frustrated and worried. I feel I have been scammed. I just hope the roof doesn't start leaking because I know this isn't a reputable company who will honor their word. Beware of hiring these people.
