I had my gutters, fascia and other work done buy Ed Senez Aluminum and I would highly recommend this company for any jobs. The guys did a extremely professional job. Michael, Jarrett and Tom was awesome. I'm very happy with their work. Ed goes beyond any one i know to make his customers very satisfied and happy. A wonderful company.

Just had our pool screen enclosure re screened. They did an amazing job! Jarrett was awesome. So nice and polite. Would definitely use them again.

Terrible communication, office struggles on picking up the phone no matter the time of day, won’t return phone calls and has little to no solution for help or work. Company would be better if not for the poor/misleading communication.

We are extremely pleased with Senez Aluminum Specialists and the work they completed on our home. They removed an old sagging roof extension attached to our front porch and the old wooden porch decking. Then poured a new larger concrete porch floor, covered it with a new roof, and screened in the entire area. The crew of 2, (Jarred and Cole) always treated us and our property with respect. We are so pleased with their craftsmanship and attention to detail and the final product far exceeds my expectations. We also had the company put gutters and fascia on our soffits and we couldn't be more pleased with the final project.

I had vinyl siding installed on my home by Ed Senez Aluminum and I'm very pleased and happy with the quality and workmanship from this company. Ed went above to make sure my house was fixed correctly. The installer also went above to make sure i was happy with the outcome. The price was very reasonable for what i needed done and i highly recommend this company. I will be using them again.

Their project completion was quick and efficient, however, their follow-up is lacking. There are 2 minor issues with the gutter installation which have been addressed but not completed as yet.

We recently had the skirting replaced on our mobile home by Jared and Tom. It took approximately 3 months for the work to commence due to a backlog and ordering material for the job. Once completed we were extremely satisfied with the final results and would highly recommend Ed Senez Aluminum.

I recently asked at the hair salon who would be the best person to replace gutters. Right away 2 ladies suggested Senez Aluminum, told me, reliable, reasonable been around for years. I wasn't sure they would travel to Pierson for a small job. When I called the secretary she ask Mr. Senez and he said yes! He came right on to do this small job and it turned out great! Thank you, Mr. Senez I would highly recommend your company, especially for taking care of a small town that most people don't want to travel to for a job!

In June of this year (2023) I noticed that one of the screens for a window that Senez had installed in Feb of 2018 had bowed at the bottom of it, causing a gap at the bottom of the screen and window. I stopped at the Office to inquire if the screen was warrantied as the windows are. The Woman that I spoke with did not know and said she would inquire and get back to me. A couple of weeks passed and I again contacted them to get an answer, with the same response. Approximately a week later I still haven't had a reply so I stopped at the office again and was asked to take some pictures, and send them to her via text. I did this. On July 24th I was informed that they would have one of their installers come out to look at it. A week passed and I didn't have any info on the status so I contacted them again, and was told that the installer had placed weather stripping on the window frame. I again stopped at the office asking if the screens were warranted, and was told they would have Ed call me. Approximately 10 days later I again haven't heard from them, so I stopped at the office again asking the same question. Anita, who is the office Manager (?) said that the installer had placed the weather srtipping as I previously mentioned. I stated to her that if that was the way the Manufacturer had designed the window they would have put on weather stripping, not some Mickey mouse attempt at a fix as you have done. I then told her that I couldn't understand why it was so hard to get a simple yes or no answer, to the screens being covered by a warranty. Anita said she would check with the Manufacture. as of today I still haven't had a response as to the screens being warrantied. I have a saying to describe the quality of a business, that being the difference between a good and great business is their communication. Senez's communication, being absolutely PATHETIC, is a fitting description of their Company. I will say that they were good back in 2018 but obviously that was then.

I had an open carport that I wanted enclosed with A lifestyle screen door, it was an unusual request because it’s normally a door that gets put in behind a solid garage door.Ed ordered the door. I had to wait a couple of months for the work to get started and the door to come in because it was a custom order, I could not be happier with the job that his team did.It was well worth the wait I highly recommend Ed and his company for all of your aluminum needs. I would hire them back in a heartbeat well done guys!
