I came here for the first time & it was very clean/safe. The employees check your temperature, sanitize chairs right after each customer, and keep their hands clean. I was lucky enough to get my eyebrows done by Tatiana who did an amazing job and was so gentle as well! I think i will become a regular here

Edgar, who brought me the car, was incredibly kind and helpful. He patiently talked through all my questions and really left me in a good spot in terms of my understanding of the car and the process.

3 weeks ago ***Notice that the 5 star reviews all come from fake Google accounts, my account is not fake.*** I maintain my vehicle regularly because I like to know that I'm driving in a safe car. I only came here for an alignment because I was referred to them by a tire shop who had a referral system with them and I trust the tire shop, so I came here. Mind you, I only came here for an alignment.... I walked away with a damaged vehicle. This "alignment" took almost 3 WEEKS to perform because they damaged my car and had it there at the shop. Also they sent my car to another local mechanic WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE to perform the original alignment I requested (which was not even performed properly) after they damaged my vehicle by attempting to perform the alignment on equipment that was not working. Then, to remedy this, they told me to bring it back to the OTHER local mechanic (who didn't align it properly) to have the alignment performed again. Uhhhh.... NO THANK YOU. I wanted my money back, which came out to $200 and that was not returned. I got ripped off and my car is driving badly now. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE, even for simple repairs.

I really wanted this to be "the place I take my car". It is within walking distance to my house and so very convenient. Unfortunately they have used up all of their chances. Probably the worst thing they did was forgetting to put oil in my truck when they "changed" my oil. Luckily I caught this before anyone drove far in the truck. That cost me the cost of 2 quarts of oil and they still never replaced my oil filter. They offered a free oil change next time, so I let this slide as human error. Next they did not use the brake pads I provided on my car (they said they were the wrong size, but I confirmed after the fact they were in fact the proper size) which not only cost me extra money but the ones they provided are not the same quality as my original pads. The final time I took a vehicle there they said they replaced a water pipe in my Mini. Orlando Mini said they were pretty sure the part was not replaced. Whether or not they replaced it or not, the part is bad after only a month or so. In short, of the 4 times I've taken vehicles here 3 were done wrong and cost me extra money. They are nice enough people (+1 star for that), but my experience has not been good. We won't be back here despite the convenience.

Around 10 years ago David Johnson Automotive was recommended to me by a friend. Since then they have kept my vehicles running and in good shape and haven't gouged my wallet in the process. David Johnson does what it takes to take care of the customer. I would recommend him to anyone in need of a mechanic.

I heard a lot of bad things about this place aside from that I still decided to give them a try because it was conveniently close to my location I was honest and upfront of them about what I need it done and after for short weeks I found out they're complete scum bags and liars and thieves especially the owner the head mechanic all the way down to the manager Chris you straight-up lied about a payment so the line his pockets put an extra hundred dollars I brought my Cutlass in there for repair I was told it was one issue they charged me an astronomical amount for carburetor rebuild and at the end of the day I had to tow my car out of there because they tried to force me to pay them to drop the tank and cleaning out and wanted to charge me $300 for that on top of the 500 that I've already put into the car there they rerouted my AC wire to make it look like my AC went out to charge me more money for that they lied about everything they've done all the way down to sending the carburetor the said they send it out as a core and would be getting a brand new one rebuilt sent in then they say they rebuild it there everything was a lie they're liars and thieves I would not recommend them to anyone I will have to file charges to get my money back , at the end of the day I brought my car there to get repaired and had to tow my car out of there,, they're complete rip-off every one of them up there's a scumbag that I dealt with the owner the head mechanic and the little piece of s*** Chris who ripped me off a hundred bucks Knowing damn well I made two payments and lied to line his pockets with an extra hundred dollars , I have proof of all the shady s*** they've done and will be pressing charges soon,,, and I give them 0 stars
