Would rate 0 stars if I could. Went in to buy a new phone just for my time and all that gas money i spent to get there to be wasted. Why even be open on Sundays if you cant help me out. Telling me i need the owner of the account to be there with me when i had bought multiple phones here before without anyone with me. I guess its time for me to take me business elsewhere where they wouldn't have a problem accepting my money and me walking out with a new phone on the same day.

Would highly recommend this store to anyone I went last week to upgrade my phone because my old pos was cracked to hell so now I’m living life not looking back and I got a great bundle deal for the value god bless you guys saved my life in the phone lane department great customer service! 5 stars from Romania!!!!!

I haven't been receiving calls for a month. Went to store got it working for 1 day. Now can't receive calls again. Cricket offered me a promotion which was 60 dollar plan for 40. Lied and never gave it to me. Made me spend 65 a month for 3 months. I never got the discount now I can't even make or receive a call. I think its time for MINT MOBILE.

Purchased a new iPhone SE that the packing slip states has a SIM card, item did not. Could not set the phone up and cricket would do nothing to assist other transfer me around for a hour. Refuse to send a SIM card. Phone is worthless as even using my old sim, could do nothing but calls. Zero assistance.

Mr.Cliff the sales rep. Helped me arrest some problems .. very patient.. reviewed my issue's withy cell and fixed my problem. The store was clean.. and well stocked...Than you Cliff...I will be back..
