Cole greeted me and showed me the upright freezer. He was able to answer my questions about the freezer. John Vega was very helpful to my husband and I. Explained the price and answered our questions promptly. We did buy the freezer. Thanks for your help.

Very disappointing place to do business with. I thought it was great but it’s awesome until you have an issue and either need to return or have something fixed. Bought a treadmill not even three weeks ago and since the beginning it’s not working apparently the software is bad. Been in communication with the store, they send me to customer service. Customer service sent me back to the store and I’ve been jumping back-and-forth here with them for all this time finally, they promised me a technician would be here very early in the morning first time, and I took all my morning off Just to wait for the technician. He never called me at the promised time already pass by of course. Call customer service and they informed me that the technician is not answering the phone and the manager was going to call me back. This is really upsetting I did take my time off from work to be here and while explaining my frustration and how the store promised the technician would be here at that time, I guess the representative on the other side of costumer service wasn’t on the mood to listen to my complain so she decided to HANG UP THE CALL IN MY FACE!!! I was frustrated NOW IM MAD such a disrespectful women, it wasn’t free I’m still paying for a machine that we have been able to use 3 TIMES of course I have the right to be frustrated ,I wasn’t being disrespectful at all but I felt really frustrated with all this of course.Decided to call back again because I got really mad for her to hang up the call, spoke with another lady and requested that I needed to speak with a manager. I asked for a manager again no solution she never wanted to pass manager saying that the manager was busy on another call with no time frame, I said I wanted to wait until it was available and no rush since the company already have me prisoner in my house waiting for the ghost technician that hasn’t arrived… ???She didn’t let me hold even thought again I insisted saying that had no time on when would be availbale, even thought my insistence she anyway didn’t let me stay on the phone and hold for the manager saying that they couldn’t do anything and suddenly she had a new timeframe for me and now has to be in the afternoon, now 4 to 6 hours after the promised time. Now I have to call my employer and let them know I’m taking a WHOLE day off just waiting on a technician to repair my machine ??isn’t that awesome ????Once again more frustrations than solutions now after they said the technician was going to be here no later than 9 o’clock in the morning now it’s going to be from 12 to 2 PM. No one is gonna pay for my money for skipping work and no one is getting to be responsible from Conns, a manager never calls me a supervisor never calls me so of course no Solution it’s provided. This is the most ridiculous thing terrible place to make business if you have anything to be fixed, so PLEASE just make sure if you’re gonna buy something watch 100% before leaving the store.Very disappointing we are recurrent costumers had many items from this store so sad how they treat their current customers.Hopefully I will have a final solution today!!!!!!UPDATE 10 MONTHS LATER:Still no solution, still have treadmill that doesn’t work and Conns STILL is not taking responsibility.

I purchased a 800 dollar LG system and as soon as i got it home and installed it the speakers would turn off after a few minutes i tried taking it back the next day and the store said they would not take it back after a few days? Conns said to call LG for the warranty, be carefull they are shady i guess thats why they call themselves conns

This Company could careless about their customers!! Buyer beware!! We ordered a couch sectional set up delivery and 30 minutes before delivery they call and say they have to get the product in LakeLand Fl so delivery on Friday we will cal Thursday after 6 to set up delivery. So Thursday at 7pm no call. We call and they state that the 2nd part of the couch has to be made and NOT available till OCTOBER, so we pushed your delivery till then and we just got the email this morning. So you didn’t bother to call and let us know?? So we said cancel that couch we will pick something else. Get there and the Assistant Manager and employees look at you like your dumb and could careless!! The Main Manager ignoring calls from associates!! They are telling us a Disabled Combat Veteran and Mother in law fragile with Dementia to continue to sit on the floor that they won’t even deliver a new couch for a week!!!!! N YES they want to charge you full price and over $250 Delivery!! Criminals!! Scammers!! DISHONEST SNAKE OIL SALESMAN!! Do NOT buy from them!!!

Great experience! I was desperate for a dryer mine had been broken for a couple weeks I had dirty laundry piled high in my garage when I remembered the offer I received in the mail from Conn's. Jalyn and staff got me a great deal on a new dryer no money down reasonable payment and even got me $125 off.

I don't usually do reviews but after seeing the lack of stars by one of my favorite stores I decided I should!I had the pleasure of walking into this store to compare prices and availability to the other stores and was impressed from the time the young lady came up to me until the delivery guys left a few days later! The entire experience was amazingly enjoyable! And affordable too!I'm 70 years old and have purchased my share of appliances and experienced my share of screw-ups. So I had been postponing the purchase of a new stove and refrigerator out of dread. All I can say is, "Thank you for the ENJOYABLE experience!"

Do not shop here. I bought a bunkbed and when it came time to deliver, they said it could not be built because a certain piece was missing. I gave them an opportunity to rectify the issue since it was on them and it cost 1400 plus tax but they said upper management couldn't. Never again will I shop here. I will tell me friends and family the same.

First time at the store beautiful stuff fairly reasonably priced and staff was checking in with me every 5 or 10 minutes to see if I needed help or had any questions. I could definitely see myself coming back and buying something I know they send me something in the mail for a credit line before pretty much like a Costco but no food items it's mainly Furniture TV refrigerators microwaves that kind of stuff but no products to eat or anything like that like say a BJ's

Got approved for financing, I wanted to get a bed frame for $590. With weekly payments of $50 for 109 WEEKS!!!! That’s a total of $5450…people please read and add up totals before signing! I would rather sleep on the floor for the rest of my life than to pay 5k plus on interest for a bed.

Worst Costumer service in the business, useless warranty and if u need help with product warranty, let me let you know you are on your own. I recommend buying from Badcock or Rooms to Go where Costumer Service is important for them and they know how to take care of the Costumer. Conns home plus would take your money, but when u got a product that need warranty they would send you fron department to department and lie on the report. Still waiting on a copy of my report
