I have had a terrible experience with not only this store but the regular customer service department, delivery team and online department . I would like to be contacted to discuss. Tried to contact the corporate # in TX, just keeps ringing, need my concerns addressed. I understand your closing and most employees at this point don't care how they treat people however it's inexcusable and unprofessional. I paid thousands (plural not singular) of dollars and because sales are final am stuck with damaged furniture and much more that I
need to explain. Need someone to contact me asap!!
Here I go again, I asked for corporate because bad experience with multiple departments and damaged furniture and the response to this feedback and request is I am given customer service's phone number again! Who ever reviewed and responded to my review I guess didn't read it, part of the issue is customer service and it's been over 2 weeks and I am still waiting for a manager from customer service to call me back. Do you not have a corporate office at this point? This they close down before the store closes? Can someone respond accordingly to my request?

This place can no longer rip people off so they are closing. A PS5 cost $500. But if you want one from Conns w 2 controllers and a head set it's $1099.00. So glad to see y'all close. Bye bye Conn's. Con artists!!!! Check the website and my photo. Ridiculous!!!!

The customer service in this location sucks. We bought a bedroom set and paid for the delivery, When the delivery truck arrived to my house, they unloaded all the furniture and when they were going to put it together.There was parts missing of the bedroom set. The delivery guys told me to call the location in orange city where I bought it for me to receive the other parts of the bedroom so we can put it together. We went back to the location and the manager, Told me there was nothing he could have done, He told me that I was supposed to refuse the merchandise. This is why this business It's Going Out of business.Cause they don't care about their customers. They wouldn't even give me my delivery fee.That I paid two hundred and fifty dollars. So now I have a bedroom set that I paid $3200.00 With parts missing. The manager.
It's a very unprofessional person. So I'm giving everyone a heads up.If you buy things there make sure you receive everything before accepting it.

Couldn’t walk the store without the salesman being behind us ALL THE TIME. We needed our space and we left because it felt uncomfortable. I understand wanting to sell but damn. Even after telling him we were just looking around. Definitely will not be buying from this location.

Jacob was a blast to hang out with and shiw me some good choices I was there for a bed frame and ended up getting that and a mattress a living room set and a TV he was very helpful and eager to give me his attention. would definitely recommend
