Worked with Charles Bateman on a Hybrid CRV Sport and couldn't be more happy! Great experience overall but Charles was extremely patient, kind and hospitable. He worked with us to find the right car for us, the right pricing and overall provided a stress free experience. Thank you Charles for your service and patience while making this decision. Couldn't recommend Charles enough! The whole team (Santiago, Charles, Donnie) were enjoyable to work with!

Extremely disappointed with this dealership. I bought a car here about four months ago and I'm sitting outside now with my tire lights on. Somebody just pulled out a service and a sales rep. Advised they would not help me or check the air tires. Great job on teaching and looking out for your customers as they sit out here abandoned

Purchased an accord from here 6 months ago. Was told a price that was higher than the listed price online. Ok, understandable that's how they get you in right. They placed ten hard inquiries to get a loan. I had to return the next day to finish the paperwork as it was taking a great deal of time. When I came back the next day I was met by the finance manager who was flying through all the paper work and fees... typical, a bunch of warranties I did not want or ask for... I recently got a flat tire no biggie except when I popped the trunk I didn't not have a JACK to put the spare on, first inconvenience. Had sensor issues, being it in, there is no cap on the sensor, they put one on and say the sensor is bad it will be $1500 to replace but have to order the part they will call when the part is in. Conveniently the week I waited for the part the sensor worked just find once the cap was placed over it that should have been there when the car was purchased.. I needed a clips for my skid plate as the ones I had came off when I went over a speed bump, was told I would have to purchase a whole new skid plate. Considering my history with them I went to Seminole Honda in Sanford and they gave me the clips and told me the skid plate was fine... read the reviews before dealing with this establishment they have terrible reviews for a reason!

I took my 2010 Accord to DeLand Coggin Honda yesterday for an oil change and multi-point inspection. They found $4200 worth of recommended repairs and services, including replacing the power steering gearbox ($1600) because of an internal leak, brake job, and several other items that seemed questionable to me. I took the Accord to Ted and Sons Auto Mechanics in DeLand this morning; they are very highly rated for honesty and quality of work on Google Reviews. I told them what Honda had recommended and asked the to check those specific items, as well as performing a thorough inspection of the car, as I'm planning to take a trip next week. They could find no problems with the power steering gearbox, or any other components. They did tell me that the brakes didn't really need service immediately, but would at some point in the not too distant future. They recommended replacing one belt that showed some wear, a potential problem not even picked up by the service department at Coggin.I decided to go ahead and have the brake work done and have the belt replaced just for peace of mind. I haven't received the bill for the work as it is still being done, but I'm guessing that Coggin Honda's price is going to come in several thousand dollars higher than Ted and Son's. Every time I go to Coggin, they find a laundry list of services that need to be performed. I suspect many or most of these are unnecessary. I won't be taking my car back to them for service.

Incompetent communication between sales reps and dishonest online ads. I was looking at a car online on Saturday, submitted the online request for more information and was contacted after hours about setting up a test drive for Monday. All day Monday I was in contact with four different sales reps through email and was sent a personalized video of the car while it was getting an oil change and inspection. Then I didn't hear from anyone for four hours. I finally called and everyone I had previously spoken to was busy, even the direct number I was given to call or text wasn't being responded to. About 30 minutes later I get a callback from another rep who says they car was already sold. My husband calls to find out what happened and they told him the car had already sold on Saturday. The car is still listed as available online as of Monday night.

Bought my 2018 CRV in August here and was promised an all weather cargo mat for the back. Was given one after a couple weeks of hassle and it doesn't fit. Called my sales guy and he said he would have to charge me to order one that fits. It is collecting dust in my garage now because I couldn't get them to honor their promise. Today I took my CRV in for an oil change. 7 hours later I finally get a call that it's ready. They were about to charge me for $900 of extra work to the car I never approved. They pulled my file and the email and phone number was set to the GM of the dealership. The service manager even said the GM told him he approved something and didn't know what it was. Was initially told they will comp everything and give me a loaner so they can replace my tires back to the old ones since they did that as part of the approved maintenance. They couldn't even find their loaner so they asked for my keys back and rushed my car back and put 3 mechanics on doing it without asking me to swap the tires. I was told 15 minutes and it's been at least an hour. What kind of business is this!!!! I have an 8 year warranty for maintenance or else I would have never come here in the first place! DO NOT COME HERE!!! Edit: GM just called me trying to say I was trying to take advantage of the dealership because I said I wanted the entire service he compensated that was not approved by me and done without my consent. He claimed he would pay personally for the tires but refuse any customer service requests in the future. I tried to explain that he wrote off all the service done without my consent including the tires but I do not have the tires on the car because they removed them without consulting with me. He argued that "They made a mistake and then compensated the service and now I want free tires." I just want the full service he approved to my car that he already compensated for.

DON'T RECOMMEND AT ALL: I was literally doing a deal online today with the manager, agreed to price and delivery. This was while they were showing the car to someone else on site for over two hours??? Why would you try to do a deal with a NEW online customer, while someone on site is seriously considering the vehicle for over two hours?

Bought a used F-150. I shopped the greater Central Florida area and found Coggin to be low pressure and high service. They are not just replacing two tires, they are driving to Lake Nona to pick up my truck and bringing it back so I don't have to miss work. Kent Harmon was great to work with and there was absolutely no pressure.

Just as bad as all the other dealers! First time leasing a vehicle and we were under the impression that they would pay the final two payments; however, we are now on the hook for about $900 (payments and fees) and do not even have the car to use. It was a "misunderstanding" that they were not willing to help make better.
