Jennifer Wood was excellent. She listened to the issues I was having, especially with my Ford Protect Warranty and went above and beyond to get me the help I needed. She made the whole process very smooth and pleasant.

Todd made my out of town purchase very easy. He provided me with videos, pictures and all the answers to questions I asked. We showed up to the dealership and the truck was even better than described by Todd. Everything was smooth and easy. Best car purchasing experience ever! We’re over 5 hours away but we will be purchasing from y’all again!

Good experience, my transmission went out on vehicle. Rep called to show me a new vehicle. I ended up purchasing it. It has a weird smell, salesman said they’ll fix it with oxy treatment. There is also a minor crack in windshield I made rep(s) aware of and requested it be fixed. Waiting to hear back on plan for these two items. If they do not fix these items- I will be seriously upset. I didn’t want another car, I was forced to get one due to mine breaking. This payment will be difficult for me, especially if it continues to smell and has cracked windshield

Todd & Jennifer were awesome to work with! A dealership that focuses on making the customer feel at home, and they truly want to get you the best deal possible! Do not pass up this dealership for the bigger flashier lots - their main goal is to get you into the car you want at a price you deserve!

Hold onto your steering wheels, folks! ? If you're looking for a car-buying experience that's as thrilling as a rollercoaster but without the nausea, this Ford dealership is your amusement park!Enter Jake, the salesman extraordinaire. This guy is the real deal—think of him as the car whisperer. He hooked me up with a Mustang Darkhorse that's so sleek, it should be illegal. ??The deal? Oh man, let's just say I felt like I hit the jackpot in Vegas. ? Cha-ching!From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was electric. It's like everyone there was part of my pit crew, fine-tuning my experience to perfection. ?️So if you're in the market for a new ride, zoom on over here and make sure you ask for Jake. Trust me, you'll leave doing donuts of joy in your new car! ??10/10, would rev my engine here again! ?

Was a difficult experience me being in Michigan and car being in Florida was told it was a small dealership so I understand some problems with lack of communication in the beginning talked to 4 different people thought I had a deal done with one guy and another guy I feel like was trying to get me to spend money by telling me it was multiple people showing interest in the car after another guy told me he was going to put a sold sign on it. Also was told my tank would be filled and when car arrive it wasn’t. But once again I’ll say this it was a different type of experience if Shaun was my sell rep 100% of the time I would give 5 stars I really liked him he sent me videos of my car since I couldn’t see in person and when he was available always made time to put me at ease of some of my frustrations. I feel like the whole buying a car process would’ve been a lot better if I was in the state of Florida.

I wish I could give no stars. These people just want to rip you off in the service/repair department. We just got back from living overseas (military family) we have a brand new baby and we called and asked about them checking on our AC because it was dead heat of the summer and didn’t want our baby riding with no air conditioning. It was malfunctioning and we needed some answers. Well we get there and my husband told them to also go ahead and do an oil change. They wait a whole day to tell us they couldn’t get to it and they’d try tomorrow(knowing we have one vehicle and just came back stateside) so we said ok. The next day I get a text update saying they want like over 2k to repair it because it would take 8+hours and they couldn’t get a good diagnosis because it wasn’t reading on their machine. So they really didn’t even know the problem they were just guessing. I said no we couldn’t afford that and to just finish the oil change so we can pick up. He than tells me for our oil change and diagnostics work it was going to be $700+ ? I was shocked. I anticipated a few hundred but wow. Ok. So we paid and drove our vehicle to North Carolina where we had another guy do another diagnostic and realized the problem right away. Fixed it for $500. NOT 2k. Also we than found out they overfilled our oil and it was a totally mess underneath the truck. I mean bad. And there’s now and issue with that. Our new diesel mechanic says we have coggins to thank for this disaster. Not only did they overcharge and basically rob us. They also screwed us over and messed up our truck. This place needs to be shut down. I also intend to go to the BBB.

Dropped my car off for recalls to be fixed and passenger door power window and dash making noise. Of course it was just out of warranty for the dash and power window. Costs were pretty high considering a power window motor and a rubber piece to be put in my dash. Hopefully this is a fix that lasts or this Explorer will be sold. It only has 30,000 miles and nothing should have broken on it. The guys in car center were great and fixed it quickly. And kept me up to date on it. I appreciate that.

Had a disappointing experience with the service department, this was the second time I’ve been to Coggin. My service rep Randall wanted to argue over a $18 dollar discount I’m owed due to a service agreement I purchased when I bought my vehicle. He claimed I already have a 10% discount (amounting to roughly $8.81).He did not relent until he noticed I was irritated and tried to save face by offering maintenance free of charge. I declined, the damage was already done. What are benefits of arguing with a customer, specially when they are right? The first time I was there there was no problem, why now? Did it really have to take an irritated customer for things to get done?I will not go back to Coggin, and I don’t recommend you go either.

From the start of my Bronco reservation until the delivery date there was great communication and transparency. Lu kept in contact with me during the whole process (almost two years)with updates and, pictures of the Bronco when it arrived. He goes above and beyond to make his customers happy. It was a great experience dealing with Lu and Coggin Deland Ford and I highly recommend reaching out to them for your next purchase!

Jake and Jennifer were absolutely AMAZING in helping me purchase a vehicle for my sister. I am not in Deland but they communicated so well through the whole processes and were honest and easy to work with. After being burned by a local dealership that gave me the bait and switch, it was so nice to have this interaction with Jake and find a safe, reliable vehicle for my sister that was in my budget. Not only that, but Jake and Jennifer personally drove it up to me in Jacksonville just in time for me to give it to her before Christmas. It made her year and it could not have happened without them!

I purchased my Lincoln navigator new from this dealership back in 2017. Last month I brought the vehicle in for an oil change and multi point inspection as the vehicle had 69,000+ miles on it and the power train warranty extended to 70,000 miles. The reason I requested a multi point check is the vehicle was about to go out of warranty, so I wanted it to be checked out to make sure I had no issues prior to the warranty expiring. I was told I would need rear brakes soon, but everything else was green meaning everything else was good. Two weeks later my water pump fails and the vehicle now has just over 70,000 miles so the powertrain warranty is no longer in effect. Water pumps don't just fail they start weeping coolant which is a slow, drip and progressively get worse. This should have been caught during their multi point check. There is typically evidence of coolant residue around the weep pole of the water pump, and possibly a trail down the front and lower part of the motor . This should've indicated to any technician doing a multi point check that there is a problem with the water pump .I reached out to Lincoln to have this covered under the powertrain warranty , explained to them that the vehicle was just in at one of their dealerships for service 2 weeks before while still below the 70,000 miles. Lincoln motor company agreed to cover 60% of the repair and requested the dealership since they misdiagnosed the vehicle when it was at their dealership and under warranty to Cover the remaining 40%. I spoke with Jason, the service manager, and he told me. As part of the multi point inspection, we top off all the fluids. And at the time the vehicle was here your coolant level was full, so I pointed out to him that if all fluids are checked as you say and the coolant level was full. Why is my washer fluid below half if you topped it off he had no response. He said it's my responsibility to know if my vehicle is leaking coolant and that he's not going to cover the 40% even though they're dealership missed Diagnosed it during their multipoint inspection. He was very rude and argumentative while we were speaking constantly talking over me, instead of listening to what I had to say. His final comment to me was I'm not covering anything you should have the repairs completed at Parks Longwood Lincoln. I don't think this is very good customer service especially when you've been dealing with this dealership. For over 30 years and purchased the vehicle new from this dealership. Their service department consistently misdiagnosis or totally misses issues with their vehicles. If you have a Lincoln product, don't take it to this dealership for service. It may be a little bit of a drive, but do yourself a favor and take it to Parks Longwood Lincoln for service where Repairs are done correctly the first time. Throughout the warranty on this vehicle, I've had to take it to Parks Longwood Lincoln for all warranty repairs because Coggin, Deland Ford Lincoln consistently failed to diagnose problems correctly. For example, the first week I own the vehicle I was getting a rattling noise. Inside the vehicle, I brought it to the dealership three times I was told the rattling noise with the seatbelt in the rear seat, hitting the the side, cargo panel I was told this the problem was fixed, I drove 15 feet out of the service drive, and it was still rattling I immediately went back and spoke with the service manager who rode in the vehicle, and said he could not hear the noise. I was forced to take the vehicle to Parks Longwood Lincoln where they immediately diagnosed issue as a loose track for the sunroof shade and replaced it no more rattle. Since then, I've had all of my warranty service work completed at Parks Longwood Lincoln with no issues. I have returned to Coggin Deland Lincoln to have oil changes done as part of my purchase I was given free oil changes. My salesman, Paul Cianciotto. Was great. It's such a shame that their service dept. is so incompetent. Do yourself a favor if you ha

What a nice experience. The parts department representative, Bob, was very helpful. He found the part we needed and even reached out to the service department to confirm the labor charges to complete the install before we made any commitment. No runaround and no hassle. Very satisfied with our experience.
