I am very unhappy with this company. I used to rely on you guys until recently. I placed an order a month ago and still have not received it. I have made over 15 phone calls to straighten it out and have been told one story after another. Every time I call I spend about 30 mins on the phone. About a week ago I got an agent that said they were very sorry and they would overnight a replacement order for me. Well I found out I was lied to. The replacement order is still being waited to be picked up. Today a Supervisor told me they dont do that and I need to wait another 14 business days. This is how they take care of their long time customers and this is how they resolve a problem. So over 15 phone calls and a conversation with a supervisor and still no resolution.

Not the same as Humana. I don’t care what they say! Two weeks to wait for a prescription? I’m going back to Walgreens .

Don't try ordering online, out of almost everything. They want my presricption business, but I am afraid they may be out of that too. Not impressed.

Beware when using this pharmacy. They refill your medications with dosages higher than the physician ordered (YES, they do. Just had it happen and confirmed by my physician's office) without notifying the patient. When the medication has been taken for years, and the pill shape changes with supplier, it is not immediately noticed. So, health issues have arisen as a result of their changing the dose without notifying me.Additionally, THEY contacted me some months ago about changing all my RXs to their service. I agreed. NOTHING that the representative said at that time came to pass. No automatic refills. No ability to refill early because of out of country vacation, nothing. When I phoned recently to check on things, the representative I spoke with was very rude and condescending and essentially said it didn't matter that the other representative mislead me. So, be very, very cautious when using this company and only do so if you have no other options.UPDATE: I chose to have all my RXs moved from this pharmacy to one that is more trustworthy and provides excellent customer service. In the transfer, another medication error was discovered. Seriously, just say no to this place.

Terrible customer service. Orders always arrive late. Very dissatisfied. The over the counter allowance is the low for the price of the stuff they sell. The website will not work on iOS you complain they say it’s fixed but it’s not.

I am very happy CenterWell Pharmacy is now located right in my primary care physician's office location... The pharmacist, Carl, and his assistant are truly caring and have gone above and beyond to ensure I have the medicines I need that I have to take on a daily basis... They have that added personal touch that you can't get from chain operated drug stores... After recently having surgery and am unable to drive, they have had my medications delivered to my home... Thank you so very much!!!
