Ms. Ruvette Permaul is a Sales Associate with Badcock Home Furniture & More in Orange City. Ms. Permaul greeted me and my sister at the door and with a cheerful and friendly smile. Ms. Permaul is knowledgeable and began explaining the types of furniture and how to measure the bedroom in my home to ensure the furniture I select will fit the space. She showed me two-bedroom sets and two coffee tables that I immediately fell in love with. Ms. Permaul explained the in-store financing and delivery options, which were extremely attractive and made it easier for me to decide. I gave Badcock Home Furniture & More a 5-star rating because Ms. Permaul treated us with Dignity and Respect from the moment we entered the store. I wish Ms. Permaul continued success and growth because she truly provided exceptional customer service and helping homeowners’ dreams come true appears to be her passion.

I placed an order from the Orange City store and was delivered with holes in the back of the dresser, I kept the nightstand and Mirror and waited for delivery the following Saturday. On Friday I confirmed with Salesperson at the Orange Store and she confirmed the dresser would be delivered on Saturday. Saturday, I called the store and was placed on hold for half an hour and then told they made a mistake and could not deliver as promised. I requested a full refund and at first, they refused finally they agreed on a refund, but refused to return the $199.00 delivery fee because in their mind they delivered merchandise. They DID NOT Deliver as promised. I called their head office and spoke with Dominique, the supervisor twice, and she said tried getting the funds refunded because she understood the situation, but was not able to refund. I requested to speak to the manager and was told they would notify the manager, but not sure if they would call me because he/she is a traveling regional manager and they are too busy. I also paid with a credit card and their policy states a refund would be credited to a credit card, but they are sending me a check and I'm still waiting for a second check in the mail. NOT GREAT customer service.?

Babcock in Orange City says they are the place to be, for what your looking for. Bought a pub high top table n chairs. One of the chairs were uneven and rocking. Josh took it back n had another one set up for me to test n take home. We have shopped for different items since n have always been treated with respect n a friendly smile. Ask for Josh. He never pressures you Into something you don’t like or want but when you do he is there to help.Babcock should have more employees like him.Ask for Josh the next time you are window shopping n he will gladly help you find the right thing. 5 *****

Badcock really means it when they say you’ll treat you right, Josh Boyle especially made me believe that. Ask for him and if you can’t get him, ask for who he recommends. They’ll treat you right.
