I highly recommend this place. I was laid off shortly after COVID started and keeping your head above water can be tough. This place makes my transactions easy and efficient. Brandon is amazing at keeping you abreast of everything and his expertise is nothing short of perfection!

Rude customer service. There's no need to be like this. All I did was ask what were the options to pay back my loan instead of coming in, she says come in and pay cash. Every 2 weeks for 5 payments. It's like she didn't want to be bothered.
Come to find out on the paper work she gives me there is a more convenient way online with a few clicks of a button.
She has glasses and light brown curly hair. Didn't catch a name tag.
She has been here a while as I've seen her before. So im sure she knew this.

Not helpful people at all. They kinda just do their own thing and wait for you to do something wrong so you have to do it all over again. It seems like staff is a revolving door because if the person that was helping me was trained to actually help me, the visit would have been 3 minutes top rather than a clueless 20. Thanks for wasting my time and probably the time of countless others.
And turn on the AC. It’s 93 degrees outside.

Ive been coming to Amscot for some time already and i have never had a bad experience. Everyone has always been helpful and always with a good attitude. Thats what keeps me coming back is the customer service.

I come to the branch in Orange City almost every night and I'm very impressed about how Derrick has helped me he's quick and he always has a smile on his face . If you stop by ask for Derrick he'll take care of you .

There was a lady yesterday being very annoying and it seemed to me she didn’t want to do her job. She kept asking me personal questions of where I work at and my phone number, etc! I have been going to Amscot for the past 3 years and this was the first time I encounter that. Also to add on I asked if I could exchange a few bills for different bills and she said “no” showing me how unprofessional she is. She is by far the worst I’ve seen handle with customer service at any Amscot location and I’m done giving my money to them. Like I said I been going for the past 3 years and she ruined it for me. I will definitely come in soon and speak to the manager that is in charge of her because it really wasn’t cool what she did. I feel like my privacy was invaded and she didn’t seem like she wanted to help me because I was Hispanic but the other person who was the same color as her was being treated as royalty and the upmost service right in front of my eyes.
