I've been enjoying my workouts at 8 Count Total Body Fitness very much! Everyday is something new. I don't think I've done the same strength training workouts since I've started almost 3 weeks ago. I highly recommend this place. Its a small"ish" gym owned by Xan who is an amazing person and incredibly motivating! Marcus is another trainer who is incredible as well. There is no judgement whatsoever, it's super affordable, and I look forward to it every morning. Check em out!

Xan is a great trainer and he makes sure your doing the excersise correctly so as not to harm your body. He's there every step of the way directing you and ensuring you push yourself to your fullest potential.

Great place to work out, loose weight, stay in shape and get into even better physical condition. Seriously love this place!!!! So welcoming. Z is totally engaged with his clients and pushes you when you need it. Also be prepared for daily .... "Where u at" texts if u think youre going to try to miss class. DONT miss class lol.

I’ve been at 8 count just over a year now. I joined a challenge group to jump start a healthy eating routine,lose weight and strengthen muscles. The small group circuit workout is challenging and Xan is always nearby to check form (mine was all wrong), encourage, and challenge. Just when I get “comfortable” he hands me a heavier weight! My time is valuable so the 30 minutes are perfect and I am happy to be pushed because I know it’s only 30 minutes. I have also found that just when my food choices start to slip up Xan asks me how my nutrition is going.. I find that the monthly scan on the Fit3D machine keeps me accountable to better food choices as well, and it’s exciting to see the changes happening that are not measured by a scale such as increased muscle mass and lost inches. Yesterday a random stranger came up to me and said “You have an excellent build, you must work out a lot”.

If you are looking for an amazing gym with amazing instructors this is the place. I’ve been working out here for six weeks now and it’s the best gym I’ve ever been to. The instructors walk you through all of the exercises before the class starts and there is always someone to help you when you need it. There have been times where I’ve been doing exercises wrong and one of the instructors immediately caught it and corrected my form. It is a completely judge-free zone, and ever

An awesome workout and an awesome Coach/Trainer in Xan. He's patient but doesn't hesitate to challenge you to push yourself in order to maximize your training. While its not always easy, every session I leave knowing I've done something good and worthwhile for my body. After all, if its worth having, its worth working for.

What a great workout. The coach and assistant are awesome. If you happen to do the exercise in correctly, they will come by and show you how to do it the proper way. They push you in a encouraging way that you dig deep to find that last push.

I’m so glad I took the chance to join this challenge it’s has given me the push I need to jumpstart my weight loss and healthier eating
