I had a good reference but a bad experience. I checked my truck and took the batteries that I bought from them to three different places and they all agreed that they were bad, they couldn't hold the charge and they didn't want to cover the warranty. Twice they gave it a charge and they told me that It was good. Personally, I wouldn't go to that place again, and it's only been used for about four months.

I went to buy a battery since my mechanic recommended Voltage Battery and I found a quality battery but above all with Ricardo, an employee who is knowledgeable about the business, kind and sincere.I am recommending this establishment to others.

Rude rude rude. Took me three days to get these people on the phone, nobody would answer. I finally got in touch with someone and I called to make sure they had the battery I needed because it was a long drive. They assured me they had my battery it was in stock and that I could pick it up. So I drove an hour to their location, only to have them tell me they didn't have the battery I needed, and desperately try to upsell me to a much more expensive battery.Completely rude about it, wouldn't explain why they didn't have the battery that they showed me they had. Never apologized, and when I told him I thought it was BS, guy acted like he was going to get aggressive with me. I repeated that it was BS, and the idiot backed down. I recommend this place if you want to get jerked around.

No warranty for new batteries, it is unbelievable!!! I tried to get warranty for a new battery with the receipt and the gave me a used and smaller battery and they got my new battery, I lost my new battery never used, later the owner called to insult me because I showed my dissatisfaction and poor quality of their batteries. This owner is really aggressive and bully.SPANISH:I went to collect a guarantee for a new battery that had never been used and they didn't give me anything good, they gave me a very used and old battery and they kept my new battery. I showed my great dissatisfaction with the terrible service and left. Then the owner called me with horrible bullying arrogance. After such a problem, all this ended, leaving him with my new $100 battery and me with an old, reused and bad battery.
