“I was looking for a specific type of vape device for my friend as well as myself while on vacation in Miami and this location was closest to my hotel. Saying I got lucky wouldn’t do my experience justice. After calling and texting with Chad who was incredibly helpful, I immediately hopped in an Uber and headed to his establishment. His customer service was beyond amazing! Being a creature of habit I usually don’t switch up my vape choices but Chad quickly gained my trust and I couldn’t be happier with my new vapes. They are very understanding, they're very honest, they don't just care about the money they care about you and make sure you are satisfied with what you are looking for. I am spoiled with THC and smoke accessories to the highest quality. They're vibes and items are really bussin. I recommend EVERYONE to this place from now on. "If you visit Florida you HAVE to come here before anyone else I don't care how far you are."I had such a bad day and now I completely forgot about everything that happened, Don't get finessed by all the other places that don't speak English and don't care about their customers. Not sure if I just have face blindness and can't remember or if there is a large turnover of employees but it seems like a new person every time I go.I don't need or use most of the products as I'm autistic and picky but the tch-a flower selection is okay, sometimes they run low and I think they only stock one brand.Have been a little disappointed my last couple trips since they only had eighths in stock and not quarters, would not give me the quarter price if I bought the two eighths.Also they just deleted every membership point i had accumlated with zero warning or explanation.”
