Definitely horrible customer service. All my packages wasn’t delivered and it’s a hassle to even get the situation resolved. I wouldn’t order for this boutique again

Absolutely terrible customer service. For some reason an item that I ordered was returned to sender. I reached out to them proactively trying to figure out what was going on because the address I used initially was correct. Instead of trying to help me find a solution they requested that I pay to have to item reshipped. I was hesitant being as though I already paid for shipping but I wanted the item so I paid anyway. You know they still canceled my order?!?! And had the nerve to try and go back and forth with me via email. If I could give them a 0/10 I would.

Customer service sucks... I ordered an outfit last month and have been trying ever since to return it for a larger size. I reached out via email, text and phone with NO RESPONSE!!!

The girl in the store tonight didn’t really want to help me. She was actually pretty sarcastic. I decided not to make a purchase because of this. Customer service is always top priority. She wanted us to get out because they were closing in thirty minutes and they were mopping the floor. It’s cool!

Not only did they ship me the WRONG order but when I tried to get in touch with customer service no one would reply until I started commenting on their instagram post. They were very rude and unprofessional when talking to me . Instead of reassuring me that they would fix the order in a timely manner they proceeded to argue with me and BLOCK me and scammed me out of 86$ for a DRESS . I will be reporting them to the BBB .

First of all the quality of the outfit I received is top tier ? I received my order in 2 business days, and when I had a misunderstanding (thought I only had one gloves to my outfit but the other glove fell between my bed) they were going to fix the problem immediately! One of the best shopping experiences I’ve had in a long time! they made my birthday vision come to life and I’m excited to get dolled up! Will be shopping again! (in the picture I only have on one glove due to it hiding under my bed ?)

Needed a last minute dress for a Christmas party. Ordered express shipping, the dress shipped the same day and arrived the next day. Got a bandage dress, it was very tight but it hugged me in all of the right places. Thanks Stash House! :)

Customer service is horrible which makes the whole company not even worth it. If you have any problems with your order they tell you the obvious and will not help you at all. Since they are the sender I needed a claim started but they insist on being arrogant and sending links instead of answering questions. Good luck

My order shipped fast but obviously too fast because it was not the size I ordered. Reached out to them via email & IG no reply. I’m annoyed because I needed this outfit & they sent me the wrong sizeUpdate: they reached out to me via IG and email and sent me the correct size before I even shipped back the other outfit. Also they sent it via priority mail so it got here fast! Great way to redeem themselves and I am happy. Thank you guys for rectifying the situation
