BEWARE AMAZON SELLERS !!!!They are professional SCAMMERS, they buy books and then try to get refunds on false pretexts. They state that the book didn't arrive even thou you have a delivery confirmation tracking. Or they state the book is damage or the book is incorrect. They threat and harass you leaving you unfair negative feedback and or they open A-Z case. For what I could read in other reviews they also cheat their customers.

DO NO DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!! Sold them two different items, two different occasions, and both times they returned a different item than the one that was sold to them and opened A-Zs for a full refund. Have been reporting them and seller central will do nothing !

Amazon sellers DO NOT SHIP TO THIS ADDRESS! Cancel the sale, they are fraudulent scammers the vast majority of the time & Amazon will do nothing to settle in the sellers favor.

Avoid and cancel any order from SBS, Southern Book Services or any of the zillion names they use. They use many different aliases. Avoid any OPA LOCKA FLORIDA ADDRESS and be wary of N. Miami and also Hialeah

We are Amazon sellers. Like everyone else reviewing this fraudulent company, we were hounded by someone from Southern Book Service begging for a refund for an "unreceived" book that I proved to them (tracking) had been timely received. They just put another order in. This time I IMMEDIATELY canceled it. What this company does is MAIL FRAUD and needs to be investigated!

Thank you all for your reviews because they helped me avoid this scam. I am also an Amazon seller and refunded Southern Book Sellers attempted purchase instead of mailing the book. I then alerted Amazon as to the reason which they accepted. I'm glad I decided to map the odd looking address with no real buyer name which helped me avoid being drawn into this scam. No wonder their BBB rating is an F. Again, thank you all.

Amazon sellers beware!!! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. Its wrong what people like this do to others. Looking for a free item to overprice to students just trying to better themselves. Its a shame.
