Ridiculously Overpriced!!
I had the misfortune of getting a flat tire and needing a patch, so I am compelled to share my infuriating experience:
The service I received was utterly mediocre. Not a single worker outside bothered to speak English or even extend a basic greeting. I didn't have to wait excessively long for them to patch my tire, but their negligence was evident when they failed to check the other three tires and their pressure.
Now, let me tell you why I am awarding them a measly ONE STAR. Brace yourself. Brace yourself for their exorbitant pricing!
I was charged a mind-boggling $26.75 for a simple patch! Yes, you read that right. $26.75 for a patch alone (the photo indicates $31.75 due to the generous $5 tip I left).
Would I consider returning to their establishment if the need arose? Perhaps. But would I ever willingly subject myself to their subpar service? Absolutely not!

Very Unprofessional! Had an attitude because I didn’t do the service ! Said I was wasting his time ! When all I asked to do was come back tomorrow because I couldn’t wait an hour today because i have to work and it’s already hot outside ! Very dismissive attitude ! And wanted me to spend $270 here?? I rather spend $470 at another location with better communication skills and professional. ! He wouldn’t even give me a complimentary water .. he looked and me stupid and said I had to pay for it .. maybe he don’t black people idk…

Two days ago I took my car here to install new tires and balance them for a family road trip I had today. As soon as I hit 60mph on the highway my entire car was shaking so badly we had to stop at a pep boys an hour into our 12 hour road trip in the middle of nowhere to fix the issues. I paid cash or else I would dispute the charge. If you need any work done on your car don’t waste your time and money because they have amateurs who don’t know what they’re doing.

Hugo and his team got me in last minute the other day. They got me new tires and did the alignment very quickly and at a great price. I will be returning to him for any of my vehicle needs from now on.
