Reading the reviews I am overcome with anxiety my package arrived there on the 24 December 2023, And no movement ever since. I am slowly starting to lose hope. and its an international package it must leave the US for Africa. I might as well say goodbye with a broken heart.

How is it that you knowing allow your employees to steal international packages. I even filed a report and still nothing was does about the criminals you have working at this post office. WARNING DO NOT SEND ITEMS THROUGH THIS POST OFFICE. THERE IS A MASSIVE THEFT OPERATION GOING ON AT THIS LOCATION!

that is so funny that packages getting stuck here is a common occurrence. i’ve actually had many things go through this distribution center and this is the first time i’m experiencing this issue.but i notice that some of these exact same complaints go back at least 4 years - although something tells me this issue stretches a lot farther back than that. any who, like everyone else has stated, package delayed, several days, no one answering phones.no bueno

This place is trash! Every time I have a package that stops at this location, it sits there with no movement for days and either gets sent back to the sender or ends up lost and shows up months later. Why is this location still open, they need to be shut down! Completely useless!

What a ? ? location the ? hole does it again 2 weeks to get my package delivered from Florida to ny no one knew anything. Put insurance on your packages if you us usps. I will never again. Use fed x and ups they have there own planes

If I could rate this a minus I would. My package was sent priority and is hung up at the Opa Locka center for 5 days now. Calling and getting someone at the office is a joke. The sender paid money for a service not rendered and I neither have my package nor an answer as to what happened. Trying to send an email complaint is useless too. It won’t go through. I’ve never had a problem like this with any other post office. Looks like my mail is either just sitting there or has been stolen.

This is where the laziest USPS delivery route drivers drop packages when they don't feel like driving their route to deliver to an actual home address. They all seem to be part-time, inexperienced, untrained, often lost and irresponsible people.

Terrible experience at the USPS warehouse. The service was slow and disorganized. Packages were mishandled, leading to delays and damaged items. The staff seemed overwhelmed and unhelpful. I expected better service from such an important institution.

Terrible service. Laziest staff you could have. Especially the black girl with red hair. Worst attitude. Makes you unload your own truck while while critiquing everything you do. The staff are just here for decoration.

A bunch of incompetent moronic slackers. No customer service. Packages are repeatedly being missent to incorrect USPS hubs. I understand that working this type of job doesn't require a high IQ, but I'd assume that literacy would be a requirement. After my experiences at this Post Office, I can't wait for robots to replace all of their jobs. They should honestly be trusted with the most menial and useless tasks. Even then, they should be highly supervised and monitored, as I would not trust them to wipe their own bottoms clean.

If there were a negative scale it'd be -10. At 9am with no one in the office this big boned woman, I didn't get her name, refused to go back to look for a package being returned by accident. There were so many other ways to resolve a simple package returned to the post office but she just couldn't be bothered. Ples, after calling repeatedly, over 6x no one ever answered. Worst postal service EVER!!!
