“It's really clean. Great machines. Some are reserved for the laundry service available there. The staff was nice, spanish speaking only.I used 3 wash machines. I did not start one of them properly. I found that load waiting for me in a basket. Another customer had removed them (apparently with the attendants approval) and seemingly used my $5.50 and cup of soap. No offer to refund me was made, and the attendant did not ask the other customer to refund me either.Great laundromat. Questionable morality of the customers.”

“I used to reside in Hollywood, Fl 2016-2020. I then moved to North Miami Beach and I still go to this establishment at least once a month when I have large loads of clothes to wash. The ladies are friendly. As the years transpired, I appreciate they have upgraded their establishment to cards and offering $5.00 per $50.00 you upload on your card. Overall, it’s ran well.”

“EDIT: the owner reached out to me and assured me that the facilities are cleaned daily, and that unfortunately misuse of machines, especially from those who work say in mechanics or construction can damage or dirty the machines. Which is so unfortunate that we have to keep an eye out for screws or grease spots left behind! But it’s a public use laundromat so I’ll just have to ensure to really keep an eye out. I’ve been using the machines here weekly for months. I used different machines too because the usuals were occupied. I’ll stick to my usual and keep my eyes out!
Original review: I used to love coming here. It’s easy to use the machines with an app, and I could walk around little Havana while my laundry was going which made doing laundry a good time when most of the laundry mats around me are a little shady.
Well the last time I went I have had clothes completely ruined: sheets, pillow cases, and my baby’s brand new clothes that he NEVER EVEN WORE (I always wash his clothes before he wears them). See photos… this is not soap stains. These will NOT come out. So now I have lost money because I have to purchase new bedding and baby’s clothes… I had seen other reviewers with similar problems but they were from months ago. I’d assume that the owners would be invested in maintaining the machines so that they are not doing this anymore.”
