Day shift is okay night shift rude and disrespectful I don't go there no more they do not represent no one I don't eat there buy anything I keep my money to myself like they say if you don't like it go somewhere else and that's what I do I don't recommend no one to buy food from now on the night shift not clean at all I'm not going to rate them at all they can't even get a star from me they used to be good now they Messi as hell a whole lot of people working in the back fixing different people plates and they not clean too many people working back there not clean not sanitized food open flies be all up in it people sit on the counter where you serve food people sit on the spot where they sell coffee no hair net same glove on all day then you all get a attitude when somebody tell you you wrong customers always right especially when you dealing with someone's fool

My food was very distasteful. My potato balls were frozen and a metal object was found in my chicken souse. I called the store and they were very rude and didn't even try to help. I was hung up on 3 times

Unfortunately I couldnt give less than 1 star, the restaurant on its menu offers 100 wings but when I called to order they refused to make my order with an excuse of they couldn't make them without a payment first. I offered to pay over the phone and they refused, they wanted me to drive 30mins and then have to wait an extra 30min for my wings to be ready. Terrible service, if you can't make something that you offer on the menu don't offer it.

Easily some of the best food in the area. Don't be discouraged by the area. Honorable mentions: shrimp, fish, chicken Philly sub!!!!

If you’re disabled, or have a speech impediment, don’t go here to buy hot food the mini restaurant they have inside they are not disabled, friendly, worse yet they conduct themselves predatorily as a good example. I had my disabled girlfriend who has epilepsy, and a speech impediment go here to order food, and not only did they get my order wrong, but they claimed that it’s not their problem if my girl was not clear with her order unfortunately for them my girl had called me while she was there and I heard her say the order and I heard it clear, even with her speech impediment I could still hear her perfectly but unfortunately that was the excuse they wanted to throw in my face when I went to go and change the order or get my money back of which I was unsuccessful because and I quote “ the food was already made so they can’t give me my money back or change my order, and I would still have to pay for the new order” so I had to spend 12 dollars more than what I initially intended for what I sought to get there and it’s a cautionary tale for people who are disabled, or have a speech impediment if you do shop their shop at your own risk the food may be good, but the service and practices leave a lot to be desired

Been going here over 10 years and spent $100's of dollars and given this one disrespectful employee several chances but this was the last draw ? besides listening to him disrespect patrons, tell folks they are broke to get out, not giving you a bag, forgetting your items he charged you for, saying who can shop there and just being an AZZhat!! I vow to never spend another dime here... I purchased backwoods got to the door and opened them and every single one of them was stale, so I turned around to return them and then that short guy with the half finger told me it was too bad he doesn't do refunds... He took $6.00 of my hard earned single momma money and gave me attitude..I'll drive to the store before I let me or mine spend my money here again?

I give one star, everytime I ask for an order of chicken wings w/o breading this is what I get “burned wings” I have brought to attention many times and I get no answer, I’m beguining to think this is a personal matter.Money is being spent and this is the results. The cooks are too busy attending and serving their friends (specially male friends) well, making sure the get what they ask and prioritize over other costumers. but the rest of us dont get the same curtesy. And the chubby lady who takes the order seems to have a problem with my daughter in law over my son, she treats her with passive aggressive words. This has to stop!
