I called Kauff’s Towing on a recommendation from one of my colleagues. I initially spoke with Rachel and then spoke with Laura. They were polite, professional and knowledgeable. They treated me like I was their priority. This is the second time I used this company, and I am very satisfied with their customer service. I highly recommend Kauff's Towing for all of your towing needs.

"I can't say enough about Eli, Josh, Rachel, and the Dispatch Team at Kauff's Towing Miami and the incredible service we received from this morning during the storm. They truly went above and beyond in a stressful situation, helping by clean up the scene after our vehicle breakdown in Miami. Not only were they professional and efficient, but they also made sure our vehicle was safely towed back to Fort Pierce, FL, without any issues. The team was courteous, prompt, and showed genuine care throughout the entire process. It's rare to find such dedication these days, and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of a reliable towing service. Just because they showed up I had to pay 1K +.No tow at all.
The tow guy , Ricardo Lopez , had an attitude and most likely hated his job with the way his anger was directed towards me . He thought that raising his voice makes him feel authoritative ??.
Poor Ricardo .
Scamers and a bunch of ?? working there .
