Awful service waited over 30 minutes to get my tire checked only to be skipped , when I bought it to the workers attention one was aggressive as if it should be ok to be skipped and the one in charge was like oh well! Sad evening service sucks

The owner is unprofessional and rude. His employee broke the key to my wheel lock and the employee was quick to agree to buy me a new one. Just to limit confusion, I told the boss about me and his employees agreement, he proceeded to blame me and ask why would I make the guy pay for a part that he didn’t break. He told me I broke it and it’s my fault, and that he doesn’t have anything to do with it.. this is a very horrible and unprofessional way to handle a situation with a customer. If you are interested in good business, I don’t recommend going here.

Will try to sell u wrong sized tires and say its ok. But then i checked my owners manuals and it told me that can cause car accidents. So these people will risk your life all to make a used tire sale. Then they will treat you like u did something wrong trying to get your refund. Even use profanity near families. Probably a bunch of felons who just follow orders and thats how they want Miami. Look them up on utube

If I could go negative I would rude horrible service the police had to be called on them! They are what you call trash! The manager is even worse than the employee! They’ll curse you out if you don’t want the tire they give you the police was done with them because of how nasty they were I was ask do I want to press charges because the manager came out with a sludge hammer. To hit my car! Only by God grace I told them I just want to leave! Run as far as you can there is another place on 119 I’m checking out because I will never give my money to a place like that!

Staff there is just horrible ,they do not know how to deal with paying customers especially the one with the dreadlocks,absolutely disgusting attitude,I wouldn't recommend them to nobody.
