Disaster is little. They don't know where the trucks are, they don't communicate with the driver. Communicating with them is very difficult and each one you talk to tells you different things.

The WORST. Please find another company. They never come when they say they are coming. They keep rescheduling. They don’t call you to let you know they are rescheduling. They have the worst customer service. I have never dealt with such an unorganized company. I wish I can give a 0 star

This is the most unprofessional logistics company you can ever work with. They are unreliable, their drivers are rude and disrespectful, their drivers cancel pick ups as if the business belonged to them or simply never show up and never pick up on time.
