Picking up at the airport is really simple, they tell you in which parking location with supporting photos and for the return just as simple in a garage in Miami Beach or airport, no need to go to a rental counter all this done online, super simple.
No hidden fees, security deposit refund received the day after return. Plus, since there is a Sun-Pass transponder in the vehicle, you don't need to worry about toll highways... we drove around a lot and the SunPass toll only cost us $18.
I definitely recommend this rental company to anyone who wants to enjoy a carefree trip in a quality vehicle, nothing to do with the big car rental agencies.
