Called for over 2 hours in need of assistance from my post office there. Phone rings for 2-4 minutes and then hangs up on me. Called the technical support line and nothing they can do to help apparently. Worst service I've had in a long time and this ain't McD's. Thanks for the utterly horrible service from my tax dollars, postage/shipping, and PO box. Cranial anial insertion maybe???

They lost my package. Delivered it to the completely wrong address. Sentimental things. Yes we had insurance and they barely looked for it. Really sad about this

Wish I could leave zero stars. Waited weeks for a passport appointment for our 2 kids and arrived a couple minutes late due to an accident on I75. We went directly from school, walked inside and told the lady at the window who was extremely rude that we were here for our passports. She asked if we had an appointment and all our paperwork filled out, which I said yes. She asked me to go have a seat in the lobby near the passport desk and wait, which I did. About 10 minutes goes by then she tells us that we can’t do it anymore because we were a few minutes late. Why didn’t you tell me that from the beginning? And we had everything filled out already!!! You made me sit in a chair for longer than it would’ve taken to just take my paperwork. And then she called me obnoxious when I asked her why she just made me and my family wait 10 minutes to just tell me you aren’t going to take our paperwork.
And now we have to reschedule for several weeks out again!!!
What a complete failure on USPS!

I took an appointment about 3 weeks ago for my passport application so after that I read all reviews most of them are saying if u get late even 2 minutes they will reschedule your appointment so I was doing my best to be there 30 minutes earlier so I can avoid any problems because I know how lucky I am hhh anyway so i took Uber by going there but by mistake I did wrong address I didn’t notice tell the Uber said he is waiting for me and I didn’t see no one so about 15 minutes are gone waiting for Uber then I canceled it and book others one it was saying will be arriving 5 minutes before time to the post office so I was feeling good and praying to god no more problems comes on the way but like I told u am soooo lucky I get really heavy traffic so I was late about 5 minutes yaaaay hhhh so I was for sure I will be cancelled but I was like let’s try my last chance of luck hhh but thankfully the lady who works there I forgot her name she was nice she told me I am late but she still took me in and took care of me she was really nice and helpful

Came in today on 11/24/23 to purchase my stamps and document the process. At first there was no problem until I was asked if I’m taking a video? Yes, 2 postal employees one Nita the other name I didn’t get said I wasn’t allowed to. Poster 7 in the main lobby says otherwise. We are allowed to take photos and video in the Post Office.This Post Office gets a huge Fail.

Had to make an appointment four weeks in advance, got there five minutes late, at 3:35 for my 3:30. Leaving next day for Canada, so had to get this done. Worker was nowhere to be found, behind the back office for several minutes, and came out at 3:47, and told me I would have to reschedule the appointment because she couldn't finish by 4. I had $800 in cashier's checks for three passport renewals, expedited, because the government is taking 13 weeks, blaming Covid for the delays two years after he pandemic ends, and I am leaving soon. I told her I am sorry for being a couple minutes late, but Google Maps sent me to the same address that was WEST, not EAST. I was on time for a trailer park which was fifteen minutes away.Worker had no sympathy, even though she wasn't at her desk for the first 10 minutes of appointment. Long line, as everyone was waiting, right before close. I guess waiting four weeks for an appointment, so she can spend the first half of the appointment in the back of the store means I have to wait, what? Another four weeks. At this point, the US consulate in Canada is my best option, and I still won't be able to come back the US four months from now. See what $800 is worth?Lessons learned: Make sure to type the extra 'E' in the address. Otherwise, you are going to a trailer park 15 minutes away from here. Get there 30 minutes early, because she will probably camp in the back office for at least 15 minutes of the appointment. Don't expect any sympathy, even if you are on your way to the border and are out of options.Would give zero stars. It's a shame that the government won't let me renew my kids' passports my mail. It's a shame they want to blame Covid because they can't hire anyone, two years after the pandemic, and it now takes a third of a year just to get a passport. Who would want to work for the Post Office anyway? Clearly not this lady. Just use a passport agency, don't bother with this place.

They should close this location. Came today to renew my passport and the black lady was beyond rude.
