“This may be my second review of any business ever. I have here about 5 or 6 times within about as many years. Always treated with the utmost respect and kindness. They are always willing and able to go the extra mile. However, earlier this week, I was in need of some service and am going through hard times. They not only took this into consideration. They went the extra mile and then some. They took care of my needs and treated me as I would only expect family to treat me. They were unexpectedly empathetic to my hard times, and without me even asking for a break, they charged me well below the value of their service. When I asked for what I owed, the gentleman at the counter blew my mind with what he responded with. Without divulging that data on this platform, I can say that these folks have my business for as long as I have a heartbeat. When I stated that the cost was not possible to be that low, he simply replied, "Pay it forward."Miller Auto Care 2, I sincerely thank you.”
