When you have employees and managers that don't know what they're doing, causing you to waste 30 minutes of your time, in line... You need new management. I went to this store to deposit money into my Capital One account like I've done before and because the cashier had never done it, told me they didn't do that there. The manager, Hector, which also didn't know, told me he had to call someone above him to ask. Once he got off the phone he said they didn't put money on phones... They forced me to go to another CVS to do what I've already done many times in this store. All they had to do was scan the barcode and the register tells them what to do. They didn't even bother trying.
