Charlie was very professional and polite when I stopped by the pharmacy asking about a flu shot.

Ever since Walgreens changed over to centrally filling their scripts out of Orlando, it’s been delay after delay every month. How was this supposed to be better?!

Sara - the pharmacy manager, and Charlie - one of the staff Pharmacists, are always pleasant and always take care of my questions. They’re good people. ?

Save yourself the headache and go to ANY OTHER pharmacy than this one! They rarely have the medication you need on hand, and forget about kind and friendly customer service. Repeat customer? They could care less and it shows. Every time I go to the Walgreens pharmacy in Oldsmar to pick up my medications, the pharmacy tech (any pharmacy tech) is visibly agitated, appears to hate their job, and speaks to you as if you have annoyed them incessantly and are disrupting them from doing something more important. Oh, and if they try to push you off to their mobile or online application, you are in for yet another disappointment. I use the mobile application regularly to submit refill requests, follow-up on refill status, and even pre-pay for my meds before heading to the pharmacy. Over the last 3-6 months, my refill requests "aren't going through," I've had automatic refills of prescriptions that I have never requested, and I've even received "phantom" status updates to pick up my medication - however when I arrive the pharmacy has "never received" my refill request.I literally cannot hold a full-time job without my medications. It appears it's time to take my healthcare needs to a pharmacy that actually cares about their customers.

Drive thru took 30 minutes and I was the third car in line. I couldn't leave because the metal poles block you from exiting the line. There pharmacist didn't even apologize. Unacceptable. The line should've been shut down if he can't handle it. Tall thin guy with shaved Afro. Never again

Stopped here for years for prescriptions not a part of my regular ones, such as cold meds. They are always efficient and quick with scripts called in by my Dr. Today I went online to schedule a COVID booster shot and got in within 15 minutes. Very smooth, I just had to fill out a couple papers I didn't have time to do at home before I left hurriedly. A few minutes waiting and had my booster plus my flu shot for the season! Biggest problem was getting through the candy and snack sales aisles without a full bag!

I have used this Walgreens for years and I am thinking of switching to CVS. most of the time the pharmacy people are nice to deal with but not today, the tech this morning was very rude. look if you don't like people than don't work a job dealing with people. I have managed a lot of businesses and him I would have fired on the spot.

Oct 8. Local cub scout pack had agreement from manager to sell fund raising popcorn out front. After 30 minutes, the boys were kicked out by the manager "clair" siting Walgreens policy. Scouts didn't want to break the policy, but had agreement in advance and thought it very distasteful . know our boys are left Disappointed and with out a spot our boys wont be able to sell there popcorn or make donations for the pack activities .
