I called to talk about my Internet since the line has been to my house for 3 months at this point and while everyone is nice, I got hung up on 3 times now when I ask for an update on when I will actually get service. This has been extremely unprofessional

I have had TWN services for over 10 years. They have provided to the needs of my family. We were a house of 7 when we began and are a house of 4 now. As the internet requirements have increases through the years, their services have also increase.

Horrible! I would not recommend TWN to anyone! I had an appointment scheduled in the morning and they didn’t show up until almost 4pm and when I scheduled a relocation to my new house they had everything checked and ready to go. My appointment was in the morning and no one ever showed up so they showed up 3 days later only for the technician to say he couldn’t install it at my house! They still charged me almost $200 for a relocation fee when I didn’t even get my wifi relocated. The manager and customer service rep were very rude and the manager cussed at me several times, the technician came into my home without asking permission or knocking numerous times! Overall horrible experience along with the wifi service going out several times and I was still charged for the days it would be out. 0/5 stars

First off Liz with customer service was fantastic. Very friendly and easy to work with. Then day of install Chris the technician was professional and did a very clean install and put things exactly how i wanted them. He left everything up and running perfectly and I'm very pleased with my experience so far.

Started TWN's service in November 2022, internet + phone. They FORGOT to charge me for the phone and TAXES until April billing. Big bill in April and they expect me to pay "right now". Thinking of going back to Suddenlink/Optimum, after this experience the pricing difference is not enough to care.

Keep having outings. Work from home so I have to use vacation time because of it. It has happened 3 times this month. I called about a refund and was told only if its down more then 24hrs at a time. Didn't realize I wasn't paying for 24hr service. It's a company first business. Totally their fault and do nothing to make it right.update: Called again and Cory finally agreed and gave me a little credit. It wasn't easy.

TWN is currently installing fiber in our area. Terrible communication (for a communications company) and the first run of wire in the ground was too short. A different person buried the correct length, but now we've been waiting 2 months for someone to splice the two wires so maybe eventually we would get internet. Can't get anywhere with their maintenance crews who don't finish their jobs.***Update*** 12/21/22Emailed TWN. Waiting for a response.***UPDATE***12/21/22Received a call from a person installing fiber in our area promising to complete the job next day or by the end of next week. ***Someone stopped at 5pm to dig up wire to get it ready to splice. Left at 5:10pm.***UPDATE***12/29/22A two man team arrived roughly 12:20pm to splice the cable at the road. Completed the job by 1:20pm. Hopefully we will receive a call to make an appointment for installation of the hub and router in the house soon.***UPDATE***12/30/22Received a call to schedule wire and router installation in my house. for January 3rd.***UPDATE***1/3/22Everything was installed.***UPDATE***1/20/23I am on the lowest plan and it is more than enough for my family, and my job. TWN service was great. The biggest problem with the whole experience was the subcontractors TWN hired to do the trenching and measuring of the wire. I have no more complaints and am thankful for the service.

Would absolutely avoid in all instances. I signed up for a year of service, after a year they automatically enroll you into monthly payments without contacting you and require you put in 30 day notice for cancellation which locks you into the next billing cycle. Customer service was laughable and the best part... this is for a service that charges you 110$( taxes included) for 15mps download and 2 upload speed. If you have ANY other option, utilize it.

I canceled my service with TWN after the contract ended, but they refused to pick up the equipment from roof of the house. I called them several times, they kept saying someone will pick it up but nothing. Meanwhile they kept adding fees each month and now even sent me to collection. They actually owe me money from when I canceled but instead i am in collection. I can't get anyone to come and pick it up so now I am stuck. The fees will continue, and nobody does anything to help. The internet was horrible, could not even browse facebook, but i am stuck paying for god knows how long anyway. Do not recommend.

This is by far the best isp I have to very delt with. Awesome network with great customer service. When they put fiber in your area sign up. You won't be sorry.

My install was 8/25/2022 between 8-12 my tech was there at about 1 running late and didnt call until 15 minutes before he got there.The install took about 2 hours. I didn't think the techs were very friendly. The service so far has been terrible I've had it on for about 3- 4 days it's so slow and yesterday I lost connection. I am very disappointed.

A year ago, I elected to use TWN as a internet service provider. On the initial contact, with the sales department, it was determined that a $200.00 deposit would be required. I was instructed to pay this deposit at the time of installation. I was also told the $200.00 would be refunded at the end of one year. Well the year is up and guess what, they want to issue credits instead of refunding the deposit. I paid the deposit in good faith that it would be refunded at the end of the year. Unfortunately good faith works in one direction. BE AWARE!!
