My order is extremely late and I still haven't gotten any updates.My first email was months ago.They have no other customer service options other than their email, meaning you have to wait. If you call their phone, you get a bot telling you to email them.In my case it's been over 6 months of waiting.The Merch I ordered is very important to me but even if I were to ask for my money back, they wouldn't respond to that email, either.They are thieves. Watch out for them.

I ordered 4 items worth 146.02 back on July 5th. No items have been sent. Nor are they refunding my money. They sent me an email stating that they send all shipments out after 8 weeks. Today's date is Sept 26th 2022. I ordered the same items from Amazon and have them already. So what gives thieves?

I purchased some things from the Excision collection and was happy to say how accurate the sizing was and the comfort of the material. Customer service was wonderful when they helped me change an address even though they had already sent the package. 5/5 stars is not enough.

We order a sweatshirt in early December and they sent it to the wrong address so it was returned to Merchline. We contacted them about the issue that happened over a week ago and they still have contacted us. I tried to call them by phone an no one answered the phone and I was disconnected multiple times. I am extremely unsatisfied in this company and will never order from them again.

I am incredibly disappointed with my experience here unfortunately. On March 1st I ordered 3 items worth 119.98 and expected no issues. However I still do not have my items. On 4/3 I was given a 10% refund and assured I would receive my items soon. Another few weeks later with no response I had to email many times two receive two versions of the same automated response, that since my order was being processed it can’t be refunded however I have still received no update and I’m extremely disappointed in the service and my loss of money, time, and trust in this brand.

Merchline/Rivals fulfills orders for Mr. Beast from youtube. We ordered a hoody on Aug 2nd, with a ship date scheduled for Sept 11th. When I asked on Sept 16th about the ship date, owner or President of merchline replied "If I could predict the exact future, I would be doing something else with my life. But alas, I cannot, so I'm left with rolling with the winding changes of how things out of our control play outIf you would like this order cancelled, let me know, and I will do so.-- Nathan Murray"He cancelled our order without explanation and refused to reply to further emails about the order. Phone calls go to nobody and emails go unanswered. Do not order or do business with this company. Hopefully Mr.Beast chooses someone that cares about their customers to fulfill merch orders in the future.
