First, it must be noted that the staff here is extremely professional and friendly however, the policy set for by the bank make it really hard to enjoy being a customer. First staff is trained to dog you every time you're there to ask you about your banking needs, but it feels like prying they ask you how you're saving your money where you're putting your money. If you need a loan what are you doing about your mortgage? have you ever refinanced it's just as long gauntlet of questions , almost anytime you have an interface with a banker. Again, I don't blame the staff. They've obviously been trained to hound people. My next issue is the peculiar policies around notarizing. I called in advance to see if a notary was on staff and I was told they actually had three fantastic but when I arrived, they let me know there's a whole list of documents they will not notarize, including the one I needed, which was a simple addendum to a mortgage . They only notarize it if you have a loan with Regions not very friendly, but they could've told me when I called instead of sending me on a goose chase at the end of the day. Next is their ATM machine , the touchscreen is not intuitive. It's easy to press the wrong selection and it's down a lot. I don't understand that and they only have one machine and it's walk up only. Next is another policy designed to punish customers . Two months in a row I had an Internet provider who was taking money out of my account. Inappropriately had canceled my service, and this provider told me they wouldn't be drawn on my account, but they did which put me in an overdraft position. Regions was quick to charge me $35 not just for the one overdraft but for two others that coincidentally fell on the same day Because of the inappropriate draft Regions was great about it the first time and reverse the fees, but when it happened again, and I asked Regions to help me, they said they have a strict policy that they'll only reverse one NSF charge once for as long as you have an account. That kind of inflexibility is what will drive me away to an Internet base bank why am I paying for full service and a banker if they're so rigid, I can't have a relationship with them?

Stopped in to get something very simple, yet only 2 employees in the entire building. One manager fielding phone calls in her office and 1 employee who can't answer any questions without asking the manager.Customer service at Regions Bank continues to go downhill. After 20 plus years with this bank. I continue to be disappointed, to say the least.

Scam! This bank is a scam. I closed my bank account with about $90 some in it. I just got the check (2 weeks after I closed it), and it’s only for $56 and some change. Where did the $30 some go?! Scam bank. Don’t trust them.

Amy S is an asset to Regions Bank. She goes above and beyond for me every time I call or come into the branch. She always makes me feel important and meets all my banking expectations. I trust her and know that she has my best interest at heart. She is not just my banker, she is my friend. When Amy is not available, Joanne steps in to make sure I am well taken care of. She also does an amazing job in seeing that all my needs are met. They watch my accounts closely and advise what % rates are and where I can make the most for my money. I can’t say enough about these two ladies and Regions bank.

I have been a customer with Regions Bank in Oldsmar dating back to when they were AmSouth. I have had several business account and several personal accounts. I've had accounts at other banks and found that they did not offer the same customer service as Regions. Services are fairly close no matter what bank you use. The personal touch and professionalism at Regions made us stop looking to other banks.

I have had Joanne as my consultant with my account and she has been great so far. No complaints. I did call prior to going to the branch and made an appointment.

Friends read the rest of the. All of these branches are the same! Regions Bank is the absolute worst this branch is no exception! The branch manager is named Greg Marlowe and has his head so far up he hasn't seen the light of day in ages! Wasted my time and gave me misinformation on top of misinformation on top of misinformation about a simple thing! I highly suggest that if you're looking for a bank do not even consider Regions Bank or you will be sorry just like everyone else is! This isn't over yet Greg! You have wasted my time and showed me nothing but attitude!

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a bank in my entire life! We have personal and business accounts with Regions! But I have the hardest time making a deposit here. Are you serious?! I’ll take my business elsewhere then! Switching bank. Thank you.
