I scheduled a tour for 11am. I arrived at 11:15 and was inside the waiting area when I called for someone to get me. I indicated on the phone I was sorry for arriving 15 minutes late, but was told that “she waited 15 minutes so she just stepped out.” No statement “she” was on another tour or anything of the sort. I was told I needed to leave and call back later to book another appointment (they didn’t schedule another appointment with me as I’m on the phone in their lobby and could almost talk to this person through the doors vs on my cell). No offer for me to wait in this lobby area for the tour guide to “step back in” so to speak. Personal things come up and I apologized about my tardiness and was just told to leave. Very unprofessional.

It seems like yesterday I remember I brought my shy little girl to Mrs. Sihweil ’s class. It was after a negative experience at another school. My daughter never wanted to go to any school, ever again. I was so lost. She was so scared. She was afraid to look at people in the eyes. I promised my daughter to stay in the parking lot and take her home if she was unhappy. Mrs. Sihweil reassured me that she completely understands me as a teacher and as a mother.My daughter came out smiling when I picked her up, and few weeks later, she didn’t want to leave school! Fast forward to May. My girl advanced academically to be in the second semester of second grade level reading and mathematics, won an award for being a superb speaker, and doing a graduation speech in front of all of the parents/classmates.If you ask any parent in her class, they would tell you a similar story. Mrs. Sihweil is the teacher that every parent dreams their child will have. A teacher who builds confidence and instills the joy of learning.My husband and I want to express gratitude from the bottom of our heart to Mrs.Sihweil, Ms. Jill, Ms. Souza, and the entire Primrose team for their support, kindness, and understanding. They really make every kid feel special, unique, understood, and safe. This school is beautiful. When you enter the school, you are greeted with friendly smiling faces and a relaxed, spa-like atmosphere. They celebrate every holiday and every child. I would not change a single thing about this school. What they did for my girl was priceless. Thank you from the bottoms of our hearts!Natalya and Joseph Dryer

We looked high and low for the right school to send out youngest to. Our older kids have been to 6 daycare/schools when they younger. I can say, unequivocally, that Primrose oldsmar is the BEST school that ANY of our children have been to. I'm so impressed with what they offer, and how smoothly things are ran. Their staff cares about the kids, and the administration is attentive to parent concerns.

Primrose of Oldsmar is an amazing school. I definitely recommend. It’s incredible what both of my kids have learned and continue to learn. I can drop them off and know that they are in a safe environment where they will be able to socialize with other kids their age and learn while they are having fun. The playground is beautiful and in the summer they have a splash pad.

My son has been going here now for 2 years , since they have open! The staff and teachers at Primrose are very welcoming and professional! They make sure to put your child's needs first and keep you updated on the activities that take place during the day. School is very clean and well kept. I would recommend primerose to anyone with a little one!

This school is great. We have our youngest daughter here. She loves it. The teachers are attentive and they keep us in the loop daily via text messaging.

Our daughter stayed home with me for two years and I was nervous to have her in someone’s else’s care, but knew it was time for her. We toured other places and Primrose was the last… we instantly knew this was the best choice. The staff is so friendly and responsive and our daughters social skills has escalated so much! She always talks about her teachers and her friends. I would recommend this school to anyone!

We love Primrose School of Oldsmar and have both of our children enrolled. It is everything I could hope for with regards to: caring staff, great (new) building, the best learning curriculum, nutritious food, and use of technology to keep the parents connected. I could go on further about things I like, but wanted to keep my review high level. My wish for you if you're reading this review is to check them out and do a tour of this school. You won't be disappointed!

We love this school! Ever since our infant son started at primrose 6 months ago we have had such a good experience with the way the school educates, entertains and cares for our son. Ms. Souza is amazing and loves what she does, she always greets us with a big smile every morning. This school is higher costs when compared to other schools but it’s worth every penny, I truly believe you get what you pay for.

My son started at Primrose earlier this year. It’s been tough to start a child at daycare during COVID-19, but he loves school! I love that he has always been greeted by name by all staff members and we truly feel welcome. He’s learned a lot in a short amount of time. Primrose also offers a vegan menu for children which was a huge draw for our family.

One of the best schools my child has attended. Brand new facility with a great location! The owner and the staff are wonderful!! We loved the app, activities, communication and the school's involvement with the community! Wonderful job Primrose Oldsmar.

I have worked in the childcare field for 8 years and recently changed careers. This is the first school I have sent my son to without knowing the behind the scenes because I have never worked for this school. I was very nervous just like most parents sending their child to school. This school is the cleanest most friendly school I have ever walked in to. I love the values this school teaches with their puppet characters, the splash pad water days and the educational circle times including the pledge of allegiance. I really appreciate all of the fun moments captured in photos and videos so I can talk about my son’s day with him at home. I’m excited for the open house event to officially meet the teachers and see the whole school!

My daughter has been going to Primrose since it opened. The staff and teachers are very friendly. The building is very clean and they are constantly having cute events for the kids. We are very happy with our decision for our daughter to attend there.

We have been with Primrose of Oldsmar since they first opened. After looking at many daycares in the area we were so happy to find them. Now our second child is enrolled and we are glad to have both kids there. The staff is excellent and the curriculum is amazing. Can’t say enough great things about this establishment.

Primrose Oldsmar takes wonderful care of my 18 month old son. The staff is always welcoming and friendly, his teacher takes care of him like he’s her own, and we receive frequent updates throughout the day to ensure he’s happy and well. FIVE stars!
