Initial order and sales team was wonderful. Went back to get a replacement plastic cover piece for Polywood chair and received terrible customer service. Was told we would have to purchase replacement part when chair is only 5 months old. Suggested they give me the one off of the floor model that can’t be sold and replace it when the part comes in and was told the owners would have to approve that. No owners around to ask….. sadly will not be back.

We had another terrific experience shopping for outdoor furniture at Patio Casual! We looked at several different places but came back to Patio Casual based on the great options (including what was in stock that we could have delivered right away!) and awesome service. Tony was so helpful and easy to work with! We’ll definitely be back for any other outdoor furniture needs.

We just love our new sling patio chairs (rocker and swivel), ottomans, and table. Extremely good quality in the frame and the sling material. It is beautiful and we lust love our new the set.

We purchased two Adirondack chairs in November and went back to look at barstools. Both times the staff was friendly, helpful and never rushed us or tried to push us into a decision. Great place for outdoor furniture!

Lots of great options for patio furniture in the area. I take writing reviews seriously and do not do it without careful consideration. I would strongly suggest locating any other retailer for your pool and patio needs. We simply wished to return a few pillows that we purchased. We purchased some furniture that were stock items but needed to come back for them after they were assembled. When the items were ready to pickup we wished to return the pillows. They were very dismissive and stated we had 24 hours to return, with a wicked attitude. I asked to see the policy in writing and was quickly told it’s not in writing. Pillows that are all over the store and clearly stock items. I wonder why a company would risk losing future business and any word of mouth referrals by treating customers with an ‘it’s your fault attitude’. Of course when I stated I’ll keep the pillows but pass on the furniture she told me there is a 30% restocking fee for custom orders- however we were told at purchase time that the chairs are always in stock.Anyway, it’s a shame we have to use social media to report bad businesses. This was an easy transaction to make right and could have easily been avoided with simple kindness and normal human understanding.

Overall excellent experience from the knowledgeable staff who helped us with design, ideas and colors. to the delivery guys who personally and carefully setup the furniture in our backyard. I can't say enough good things about this place, the selection is amazing, there is something for everyone, every taste and every budget. Quality is excellent. We plan to go back for more. Laurie was so great to work with. Couldn't ask for more. Especially staying a little past closing for us to finish up and make our selections. Zack and his assistant did a great job with the delivery process. Hat's off to you guys. :)

Great experience, beautiful outdoor furniture with lots to choose from! Lynna was wonderful to work with. Gave practical suggestions to make sure we purchased the best fit furniture balancing our desired look with where we are putting the furniture (out in the sun).
