“The Postal Annex is the perfect neighborhood shipping establishment. They offer a variety of Logistical/Business Administration services. I've ship item.... returned the item to the vendor as well as had the document scanned and notarized. The customer service is outstanding 365, no matter what kind of day you may be having they will always greet you with a smile. The three shipping companies last pick up for my business is 330pm. I can always count on the Postal Annex for my late 445 shipment...great job keep up the good work”

“I have already referred it to several people I live in an extended stay motel and they do not have post office service or a street address I can use. The people in this store are extremely polite nice kind thoughtful I couldn't be happier. I used to work in the same plaza years ago before buying my own business at the opposite end of the street. Their graphic designer Jay is always on top of everything with fast turn overs and very helpful and witty! Feels tightly ran however friendly at the same time. “5 stars for manager, Lee, I think his name was and the blonde working with him. Was quoted $22 last week for shipping a cot back to Amazon. Decided it was more than I thought was fair so I left with it to pack myself and bring it back to ship.Found out packing it myself, at my age, was impossible and that $22 was actually reasonable and appreciated the help as I was physically unable to do it. I could barely carry it. Kenia rang me up. She quoted $29.04. I told her Lee had said $22. She visibly mentally calculated and said “that’s only $8 difference, that’s not much money”. I said “it’s a lot to me” and she rolled her eyes. Now I admit I didn’t take that unprofessionalism very well and told her she was disrespectful. She laughed and said oh well. Lee and the blonde gal were lovely and saved the transaction but I was shaking so bad from her disregard, I myself was ugly acting. But I wasn’t on the clock representing UPS and was very frustrated. I probably woulda let it go but THEN I told her I was gonna write a review and she said thank you.”

“One more location that doesn’t seem to disappoint. The UPS Store is where it’s at, I tell ya. I’ve been to various stores for different services over the years including Amazon returns, faxing, notary and even biometric fingerprinting and photo identification. I also utilize the physical stores as access points for my deliveries whenever I anticipate I may not be home to receive a package. They’re always efficient and never eat up my time.”

“Excellent, fast service with Amazon returns. I read the other review about someone who had a bad experience with an Amazon return and apparently just that one UPS employee really needed retraining. I have only had good experiences here. Everyone has been very helpful in my experience. But I’ll be cautious about Amazon returns after reading that one review about that employee who clearly didn’t know how to handle the situation. If you read the Amazon instructions, you’re not supposed to repackage the item. You’re supposed to let the UPS employee handle that. If it came in a bag, you can use the same bag, but you repackage it. But a little bit of customer service skill would have gone a long way with that situation, and telling them it would be $10 for tape is ridiculous. I have only had excellent experiences at this location. But honestly, now I’m a little concerned. Good customer service is extremely hard to find these days.”
