Took my dog in for the first time today. They were fast, did a great job and she seemed to enjoy herself. We're back for another visit. Can't wait to see her all beautified!

I’ve been using Pretty Paws for over three years. They have groomed all 6 of my dogs, poodles, Old English Sheep dog and wiener dog. They are professional and always caring. Maurice was 16 and I could count on them to be tender and thoughtful with his grooming. Their prices have gone up but still a good value.

We've taken our labradoodle to 3 different boarding and grooming facilities in the last 2 years, and Otto's is the only one that he didn't want to leave! He has severe separation anxiety, tends to be very clingy, and barks if he's left alone or crated which can be very annoying (and I love him, lol) but every one at Otto's acts like they truly like him and were happy he was there. In the past, when we've boarded him, he's come home acting traumatized and will act out to let us know he's unhappy with us. This behavior has lasted up to a week in the past. After 2 nights at Otto's, he slept like he was wore out from playing and was only slightly grumpy for less than a day.I can't say enough good about Otto's. It's clean, smells good and the employees are friendly and seem happy to be there.

The staff is wonderful, they take great care of my dog, and take time to answer the many questions I have. Big Tuna is thankful for all of his grooming sessions and enjoys getting pampered.

I have 4 dogs that I take here and I have only once had a problem. It is a pleasant and clean place to bring your dogs for grooming or boarding.

great place wonderful staff. I have a rescue dog that isnt very happy when it comes to grooming. they worked with him and finally got him looking good after 2 failed attempts from other groomers. Jen is a wonderful groomer who takes time to ge to know your pet and grooms them to your wishes Oh yeah forgot very reasonable prices.

Hard one star. Charged me for ear cleaning then said they couldn't do it that day and had to give me voucher. Then once she saw she cut my dogs fingernail to short bc blood was all over my hand she took the dog back and did a 30 sec ear cleaning. Horrible 1st experience
