“Everyone has heard about "bucket" lists! One of my items in mine said, complete a Kitchen remodel before I retired. Well, it happened two years away from my retirement and very happy with the results. The time spent at the design stage with *************************** for the much-needed Q & A during the process of developing a design with our hopes and keeping practicality at bay, was well worth it. ******** listened patiently to our likes and wishes and incorporated them into the much-needed kitchen remodel, putting the design on paper / computer and ultimately into a contract. Sure, there were a few hick-*** during the build. She showed she cared about delivering our hopes and dreams by coming to the house with her thinking cap on her head any time she was needed. She would handle all field issues with professionalism and took into consideration our concerns and the finish product we were looking for in our new kitchen. She would always have an idea along with an altenative(s) that would also work. So, you were never pressured with a decision that you may not like at a later date. She always wanted you to be a part of the decision making. I would like to add a thank you to one of their finish carpenters, ****. I have never seen anyone so detailed oriented other than my deceased father. The family room is adjacent to the kitchen area and what a remodeled pair they make. “We are so pleased with our Murphy bed/home office set up in our guest bedroom. We got quotes from the "closet" people, and Accent was much less expensive and the quality of the workmanship was A+. Nicole was very patient with us as we made several changes after we signed the contract. The project was completed on time (the work is done locally) and the install only took 3 hours! They estimated 4 hours. The 2 men who did the install (I'm sorry I didn't get their names) were very professional, knowledgeable and efficient! When we are ready to start on the kitchen we will definitely be calling them!”

“The store was clean and organized. The Christmas inventory was shockingly large 2 weeks into December. I went specifically for ornament hooks (which came in gold) and left with stocking stuffers and a large Santa bag! The staff and store manager were so accommodating. I will definitely be shopping here again. ☺️”

“UPDATE: The delivery was rescheduled and customer service took ownership of the situation and ensured I was notified. They made it right and restored my faith in C&B. The couch feels solid and looks and feels amazing!

ORIGINAL REVIEW:

I am incredibly frustrated with my experience. I purchased a sectional sofa and ottoman a couple of months ago. I was scheduled delivery for today and I was told the warehouse would reach out with a delivery window a couple days prior to delivery. This never happened.

I called yesterday multiple times and spoke to multiple people to find out my window for today and no one was able to provide me one citing they weren’t able to get in touch with the warehouse.

I was told one of the C&B reps would reach out via email once they could get in touch with them. It never happened. They left my location at 8:47am after I missed the delivery because I had no idea of the window. I called them less than 15mins later and was told there was nothing they could do for me. They’d be back in 2 days.

I already got rid of my old sofa yesterday in preparation of the delivery and now have nowhere for myself nor guests to sit until a delivery is made.

There’s nothing I could have done better other than waiting from 7am thru 5pm at my door to ensure I didn’t miss delivery since all of their automated systems failed (which was confirmed by C&B that a notification was never sent).

I called and spoke to the warehouse directly and to C&B directly and neither was willing to reschedule delivery today.

Inflexible company and warehouse leaving a bad taste in my mouth.

Sales was great. No idea how the couch is. Delivery was terrible as was customer service.

The right thing to do would have been to reschedule my delivery for today given that it was on them to schedule it and they dropped the ball.”
