Needed some printing done and FedEx completed the job ahead of time. I went back a few days later and needed them to shred some of the printed materials they made for me. They didn’t charge me a penny for the shredding.Highly recommended FedEx, they were very helpful!

They say they are open and bash and they tell you that it is closed that it is in the morning, so what Google Map says doesn't agree with what they tell you in the local store, I'm just letting you know my experience ??

In a panic to get a postmark on Thursday! Arrived in Oldsmar just a few minutes before the 6:00pm "last call" and there it was, a mountain of packages littering the counters. Thursday must be critical mass for postmarks. I braced myself for a trip to the airport USPO before their 8:00pm deadline. But soon the counters cleared and it was my turn. Lovely lady who tolerated my check, recheck, check again to make sure the address was correct made it all happen! There it was, top right on the label in a minuscule font, ship date 9/22/22. Whew and Thanks!

Given how so many businesses are struggling making for poor customer interaction, I felt it was appropriate to recognize an outstanding experience today.I've been here before, always a pleasant and easy process. Today I had to send a FedEx, Kyle could not have made it any easier. From scanning my license to filling out the electronic form - he took care of it all. In and out quickly, kudos. And we still had time for some personal chitchat.

I go out of my way to drive to this FedEx location in Oldsmar. This location is top notch!!! Excellent customer service, professional, clean, organized, and highly skilled. My custom order print jobs always come out exactly how I have ordered them. Every time I ship items they arrive on time and are packaged with care!

This is the best FedEx location I've used. Kyle just helped us make color copies to frame. His attention to detail was awesome! Love this store!!

The women with short grey hair and purple glasses has zero people skills. She yells when age talks, is argumentative, and offers zero help/knowledge. She should not be in customer service. Also, their prices are outrageous. They tried to charge me 10.00 toSend a simple 4 page letter... they need to reevaluate and retrain their employees..

Great service. Way better than dealing with the phone customer service. I don't know what has happened to FedEx. Delivery and phone service has really lost its professionalism. Thank God for this local store.
